The lady is more concerned rushing me with my order than listening to my order and order changes(NO PICO NOT COMPLEX)... Spending money on food and not being able to eat it because the lack of attention is unacceptable. Ask your drive thru employees to stop rushing people and pay attention...

I’m a regular at Beto's, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional service I consistently receive! Irene, in particular, always goes above and beyond. She not only remembers my food preferences but also anticipates my needs, reminding me about my bowl without pico de gallo when I forget to ask. It's such a thoughtful touch that shows her genuine care for customers. In a world where great customer service is hard to come by, Irene stands out as a true gem. Returned to Betos after a lack of frequenting this establishment. We wanted to see if their breakfast burritos were as good as they were in the past. They were.

Mixed breakfast burritos are great!

I've only used their drive thur between midnight and 1am. Their food and customer service have been great so far. I don't know about the atmosphere. Plenty of parking.

Went after a show at midnight, the food was so fresh and yummy! you could tell they just made the fries, they were so crisp!

Do not eat here I have given this place a chance every time they change management, still getting food without add onns I paid for, cashiers always have a funky attitude and the food has no sazon

Rude , cold food, wouldn't remake food. I asked for California burrito with no pico and it came with cold cheese no potatoes. Came back lady was rude said it was not half of burrito when the burrito was small and cold. I told her please don't spitbon my food and then she refused to make me a new burrito gave me money back. 6 $ these places have the rudest workers. All of them

I went here this morning before work I bought three burritos and the lady was super sweet once she seen I didn’t leave a tip she was super rude and when I asked her for sauce mind you I got theee breakfast burritos she gave me two little cups and when I asked for more she got even more mad and slammed the little door . Rude lady over all bad service and the worse service by far .

Great place for nachos and tacos

They need to close this place down and start all over, every single freaking time, the workers have such a “I hate being here” attitude and they take their sweet time getting food ready. I hated this place when it was rancheritos and it hasn’t changed since they changed it. They said when they opened it “same food, same people different name” or something like that well obviously it’s the same people because they have too much tortilla and not enough meat, the inside is unseasoned and they just take so dang long. Please go somewhere else, literally every other Beto’s is fast and so freaking yummy but this one kept the same lousy people and doesn’t need to be open.

On my soul if you dont tip this people will give you the most botched plate. Got carne asada fried and my fork broke trying to stab into the fries thats how hard they was. The whole plate botched, with hard ahh reheated ahh fries. $18? 18? Yall needa bfr
