Beto's (54th) Mexican Food

The girls in the drive threw we very rude, when I gave them my card one of them tried to take a picture when I seen them they just started laughing it was 3 ladies, after giving me my food she shut the window and I was gonna ask if that was all the food. Came here because it was the closest one next to me next time I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to go else where.

Nasty ass burrito I got. So damn greasy it soaked thru the bag and onto my work jeans. The whole burrito fell apart as well. I'm disappointed almost $9 for this grease ball and I can't even get my money back. I'm not coming here no mo ??

The customer service is trash. I they will screw up your food then hang up on you when you try to call and tell them. Will not do anything to make it right. They have good food I'll give them that but the people that work there suck.

Rancheritos has good food and they’re quick getting it out. My issue is the service at this particular location. I have been here probably 20 times in the past two years and more often than not the person who takes my order seems hostile and combative. I’m just ordering food and asking questions and I’m treated like I’m unwelcome and doing something wrong. It’s a bizarre situation. A lot of the people who take orders have terrible soft skills and awful demeanors.

Otherwise, nice place. I’d recommend their number six plate.

I got a red hair in my burrito when I took a bite out of it.!

This morning I had a bad experience at this Rancheritos. I wanted to order a breakfast burrito and they wanted to give me liquid egg and I told the girl to give me shell egg with a very rude bad attitude and she replied that they couldn't give me that egg because I didn't have it. I only recommend that you don't go to this place if that's how they treat customers when they order, imagine how the food they serve you there must be.

The other Rancheritos on Redwood and the one on 7800 South serve very well and the food tastes very good Normally I go to that Rancheritos but since I was nearby working on 54th that's why I came there.
