This is the second time that I have been to this location and it'll be the last, the first time I went there. The food was burnt like disgustingly burnt. It was horrible!! That was over a year ago so I hoped that things would be different while I was wrong !! today I went to order a breakfast burrito and I asked for Carne Asada and they gave me ham, not Carne Asada. She confirmed over the speaker that Carne Asada is steak she gave me. Ham and cheese was not melted. It was actually still cold. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. They're disgustingly overpriced for crappy food.

If you want good service go during the day the night crew was rude and was in a bigger hurry even tho it still took 20 min to get to the window and then thay made the food wrong and refused to remake it if your out late at night would recommend betos just up the road so much nicer and faster and can be cheaper. But the best part is that for any one reading this the service has not changed at all and I don't expect it too so if you want you order messed up and want a rude experience and In a hurry fast food place come here because I feel like thay mess up my order more often then any other place I been too

This place used to be amazing. The past 3 times we came here it's been horrible and the staff is careless. This 1 time so many things were wrong :We ordered extra guacamole on our burritos and were charged for it, they didn't put any guac on them at all, not that it mattered the meat was so hard . Asked for and payed extra for 6 sauces only got 4 and 3 of them were the wrong kind. Our drink didn't have any fizz tasted like water and syrup. They also just don't care for their customers. Always the same grumpy lady at the window. I recommend taking the extra time to different location. It just wasn't worth it what so ever

Unfortunately, the person in charge of making the food makes the food smaller and smaller, I have almost always bought food at this place but the quality of the food still continues to deteriorate, BURRITOS SHOULD NOT BE CALLED THAT, THEY SHOULD BE CALLED FLAUTAS SINCE THEY APPEAR TO BE MORE FLUTES THAN THE EXCELLENT DONKEYS THEY BEFORE SOLD, this has happened several times now and they do nothing to improve.

We asked for cheese fries and they got our order wrong. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize it until we got home. Not only did they get our order wrong, but they took very long to prepare the wrong order and person at the window was not very friendly at all.

Lady took forever to get my order, I got 2 orders of carne asada fries, hardly any cheese on them and what ever cheese was sprinkled it was not even melted. I got guacamole on the side super salty oh and burnt fries.
We bought three California burritos and they gave them to us as if it were a tortilla covered with only a little bit of meat, as if it were a taco. I spoke and told the woman and she said that possibly we had removed the meat. I told her that I would take it so that He saw it and said no, it's possible that I had already removed the meat. Gosh, what a shamelessness and theft; the name on the receipt is JASMINE. ORDER: 1055, 25 FEB 2024 2:41P TOTAL $$32.38

Very very bad service, the lady who was there at 8:50 in the morning at the rancheritos on 5400, very rude, threw the phone at me and all because of her system. He wasn't serving, he didn't give us food and he still threw the phone ? I need to talk to someone oh what can I do.?and in front of my son
