Everything was fine until I paid. I used cash and was not given my change. The server probably felt it should be a tip, but I feel that should be my choice.

We found hairs in the soup gross
Everything I have ever gotten here is always delicious. But I love the lasagna and I don’t even like lasagna. I crave their chicken parmigiana too. 10/10 recommend.
Great service too! Thanks Marrisa!

We go here often. I love the dishes musham marsala, steak w/ blue cheese and pesto capellini. Marissa is usually our server and she does a great job.

We finally found an epic neighborhood Italian spot that checks all the boxes!
The food was phenomenal only to be outdone by the service! We will definitely be back for more and hope this place continues to thrive. Please visit here instead of large chain restaurants! Fantastic place!

Our waitress, Chris, was great. Our 5yo daughter was being extra spicy tonight and Chris was great with her. She even separated out the chocolate from the spumoni because my daughter was not having the mix. Great service, great food, and great atmosphere.

We tried Siragusa’s due to a write up in the Salt Lake tribune. We will no longer use this a guide to good restaurants in Salt Lake. Our appetizers were cold, the dinner was not good my husband’s chicken was so dry he couldn’t finish it, the cheese atop the ravioli that the description claimed was “melted to perfection” was not. We went with friends and were embarrassed that we chose this as the monthly restaurant. Our waitress was nice, but brought us our check without asking us if we wanted dessert. And the dessert was the best part of the meal. Which leads me to believe that dessert is not made on premise. Also, we asked for coffee with dessert and were informed that the pot they currently had was for the morning and was really “gross” and it was too much of a waste to make another pot for the four of us at the table. We tried to support a local restaurant that has been here for years, but it was total disappointment. Sorry Siragusa’s.

Had dinner there with friends last night they chose as they live near by. First time visit and definitely wont be going again.
Ordered pizza and it was probably the worst pizza l've ever had in my life and in that I'm including all the terrible cheap frozen ones you might have bought as a student (or when times where hard) ie the grocery store type you throw in the oven for 20 mins.
Taste of Italy not a chance more like taste of Walmart budget range frozen pizza thrown in a warm (not hot) oven for 5 mins less than the recommended cook time.
I didn't say anything to my friends till the day after and it turns out their food wasn't great either.
How these guys got to an overall 4 star l've no idea all I can think is they have recently changed the chef or something but this place really sucks.
Update
Having now read some of the bad reviews in detail I find it amazing the response back from the owner to some of these bad reviews. Instead of taking the criticism as positive and something to point his cess pit in the right direction he argues the toss and tells everyone how they are wrong, wake up buddy boy.
This place needs a visit from Gordon Ramsay which I might suggest he's a personal friend of mine I'm from the UK. Failing that and without significant change I don't see these guys being here in two years especially serving what they gave us last night.
Note the food wasn't even cheap, save yourself the pain and heartache go to Slackwater they have four sites in and around Salt Lake their food and service is second to none and only costs a few dollars more.
To Ross (the owner) just to be clear I'm not in anyway connected to Slackwater before you make the claim. I just appreciate great food and service which your place doesn't serve.
Even worse you and your staff seem to take great delight in abusing your customers either during the meal with the trash you serve or after the meal if someone writes you a less than positive review.

This is my favorite Italian local restaurant, we went here for my birthday dinner and it was a disaster. The noodles in all the dishes were overcooked. Our waitress was amazing but over extended. I don't know what was going on but they knew we were coming the reservation was made a way in advance. I watched as people came in and were seated and had to wait for over 10 minutes before greeted by a waiter. I will go back to make sure it was just fluke. But my heart was a little disappointed.
