I recently visited Starbucks and was quite disappointed with the experience. The quality of the coffee has noticeably declined; it tasted more like sugar water than actual coffee. Moreover, I could have gotten a much better brew for half the price at High Point Coffee just down the street. Additionally, my drink had an excessive amount of foam and barely any coffee itself. When I asked the baristas to adjust it, they seemed annoyed and unhelpful.
Overall, I was left feeling unsatisfied and will likely look elsewhere for my coffee in the future.

Hello, I wanted to make a complaint. I came to the Starbucks in Taylorville and placed my order, but it took 30 minutes. I went to see what was happening with my order and they were surprised. There were about 3 or 4 people there and they hadn't placed it. I told them I didn't want it anymore because I was in a hurry. How can this error be corrected?

This place is complete shit. It's aug 1st. And you dont have the summer berry thing. If that wasn't bad enough you got a girl working the front counter that goes by a man even though she is a she. It's fine to believe whatever you want but that needs to not be in a place of business. You're here to work and represent the company and I refuse to call you a boy when you're a female. End of story. If this is how Starbucks does business I don't need to come anymore. Nothing will be done about this and I know but a business should have priorities and that doesn't include having to make me call someone something they are not and will never be.

I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch and iced caramel macchiato along with iced water. The girl was sweet & prompt & made to ask if we wanted straws. I went through the drive through & it was so quick.
A normal brewed coffee is not an option.
