This place is complete shit. It's aug 1st. And you dont have the summer berry thing.
If that wasn't bad enough you got a girl working the front counter that goes by a man even though she is a she.
It's fine to believe whatever you want but that needs to not be in a place of business. You're here to work and represent the company and I refuse to call you a boy when you're a female. End of story. If this is how Starbucks does business I don't need to come anymore. Nothing will be done about this and I know but a business should have priorities and that doesn't include having to make me call someone something they are not and will never be.

I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch and iced caramel macchiato along with iced water. The girl was sweet & prompt & made to ask if we wanted straws. I went through the drive through & it was so quick.

Lyndsey and Haru were amazing ,very friendly and gave the best suggestions on ice coffee, I love their energy and very friendly

I got a lecture from the barista at the drive through window this morning that I needed to wait 5-10 minutes before showing up for my drive through order.
Sorry?? I was at the Harmon’s next door and figured submitting my order through the app a couple minutes earlier would give them more notice and ability to plan than me ordering on demand in the drive through. Who would’ve thought?
Forget that the drive through was empty and the drinks were ready when I pulled through to the window; apparently I needed to be talked down to like a child.
From recent reviews, it sounds like this location has a serious culture problem with how it treats customers.

The lady in charge had a horrible attitute after she got my order wrong and had to do it again. Took them like 15 mins to get my coffee ready in the first place

Prices are too high. Coffee always tastes burnt. Why are you expecting a tip when you're charging ridiculous prices for $0.50 cents worth of coffee, flavor and cup? We know the labor is already built into the cost.

This location has absolutely gone downhill over the past few months. I go every single morning, and lately I’ve been disappointed constantly. I’m regularly waiting 15+ minutes for my order, so I’ve had to start placing it well in advance just to avoid the ridiculous wait times. They’re always out of something crucial. Today it was oatmeal lids. Seriously? Oatmeal lids?
I genuinely hate being someone who leaves poor reviews, but this location has been terrible. Out of all the staff, there are maybe three employees who are actually pleasant to customers. The rest? Either rude, dismissive, or clearly couldn’t care less.
Over the weekend, my husband and I came in and were completely ignored. We waited 15 minutes for our food while watching other customers get helped immediately upon walking in. When my husband finally asked about our order, we were told they forgot. Really?
At this point, I think corporate needs to step in & send secret shoppers to this location because the level of service is terrible. I worked for Starbucks for eight years and never once left a customer feeling the way this location regularly makes people feel. And judging by the other reviews, I’m far from the only one having these kinds of experiences. It’s unacceptable.

I go to this location often to just do some work on my laptop and relax i always get a drink , but today I had a zoom meeting and I wanted to get a cold drink have my meeting at this location, I was running late for my online meeting so I go inside the shop didn't had time to buy a drink before my meeting, so I figured i get it after my meeting we'll one of the girls that works there , was rude and aproch me while in my zoom meeting to tell you can't be here and use our wifi if you don't buy something😠😡😠
I replied yes im planing to buy a drink after my meeting but you have to wait after I'm done , that upset me alot , how many people everyday go to startbucks and do work , students do homework, people have in-person meeting, so for her to be rude and say you can't be here and use the wifi , that is not cool I will not be going to this location again.
I hope the manager of this location see this reviews and teach their employees to be mindful of the way the think and what they say to their customers.

I am thankful to say the workers here are the most charismatic caring people! And make it feel like home once you step into Starbucks! December is one of the most amazing workers! Quick efficient and knowledgeable! Thank you for the atmosphere at this locations it’s amazing!
