This place is always busy but is always fast. Starbucks is always consistent and thats why I love the chain! The drive through is a bit odd at this particular location but they make up for it with speed!

I was working from my laptop....The people in this business act like racists... they also called the police and took me out in handcuffs for not consuming their product. I told them I was waiting for my partner. They said I couldn't stay inside until my partner arrived and we consumed it........The sergeant and the other officer who you see with his hat in the photo also seemed to be racist. Four officers grabbed me without me even putting up any kind of resistance.

An older lady taking my order misheard my drink and was completely rude about fixing it. She made a snarky comment under her breath. Reminder!! I’m paying for my drink, you’re not giving it away sweetheart <3

I am an avid Starbucks drinker, but I have now had 2 terrible experiences in the past month both at this same location. On red cup day, I sent my Mom in for a red cup and helped her pick her qualifying Christmas Drink according the directions on the app, and she then had to convince the person to give her a cup because they didn't want to give one for her Christmas Drink, despite the app showing it was a valid, qualifying order. Then another day, I had accidentally ordered my drink to the wrong location. I sat in this Starbucks just waiting for 15 minutes before noticing, and the nicest worker was starting to offer to help me, when this same lady grunted REALLY loud and shook her head vigorously to let the employee know she could not help me out. It was SO rude and definitely caused a scene!! I will definitely not go to this location again. I'll either drive to a different Starbucks going forward, or just find a different coffee shop nearby.

Love spending $7 on a venti coffee just to have a cup of ice and very little coffee! Breakfast wraps were cold and took a long time. Worst $40.00 spent.

On Sundays my drink always tastes disgusting I come here every single day and get 3 drinks I always get the caramel Frappuccino and it’s always delicious but for some reason on Sundays it always tastes bad. No flavor at all it tastes like water with caramel drizzle not even my kids liked it. I went back but it was already closed. Really wished I could get it replaced or something because that’s a $7 wasted guess there going to loose and everyday customer that bought 3-4 drinks daily. Time to start looking for another coffee shop.

I went into a store to buy coffee. I told them I wanted pour-over coffee, and I specifically asked them not to dilute it with tap water afterward. I often see that in other Starbucks locations, they dilute this coffee with water, and it doesn’t taste good. On the official website, it also shows how this coffee is made, and it’s not diluted with water there. But they refused to serve me, said they wouldn’t make the coffee for me, and told me I had to leave the store. They claimed the reason was that I was using a translator and didn’t speak English. I feel this could be a sign of discrimination or possibly a case of complete incompetence and lack of responsibility by the staff at this café.

**Noted: This Starbucks is in Target.

This Starbucks was amazing! The store itself was clean and since it’s in a Target, the restrooms were spotless and stocked with needed supplies. The customer service was exceptional. The worker knew exactly what she was doing from the time I ordered to the time I paid. There wasn’t a line at all so it took her approximately 3-5 minutes to get my order ready and rung up. There was only one worker though so I could see that as being a problem if it got busy. For me, it was perfect.

I also bought a new Starbucks ceramic mug for $26.00. I’d been looking for a specific one and this store happened to have it. However, I was very disappointed that my new mug didn’t include the price of the drink. It was expensive but I assured myself the price included a drink. Just remember the price of the cups/mugs/tumblers does NOT include a drink.

I will continue to shop at this Starbucks.

Literally just left this Starbucks and asked for no ice. This is what I got for a large drink. NEVER have had this happen at any other location. Very poor quality
