Literally had the app in my hand and asked him if I can scan my rewards to get points for this expensive coffee I’m always buying and the least I can get back is points, but he took my payment and didn’t bother to ask or scan for my app then said oops I can’t scan it anymore i already took your payment…… literally do your job its not that hard….

I went to Starbucks this morning and asked for a venti coffee Looks like someone else had drank it I only was able to get one sip and and noticed how light it was I opened It and it wasn’t even full and it got cold so fast I’m so upset I don’t expect it to be filled to the brim but at least a bit more full

I just want to let you know that your page on door dash sucks! It doesn't say the size of the drink on the app so I chose the small and paid 12$ for it. I know it wasn't the stores fault per se but maybe someone can inform Doordash

Out of all the Starbucks I go to, this one is probably my least favorite :( the manager is so so nice and there are a few nice employees, but most of the time the baristas aren’t very friendly and I almost always feel like I’m not welcome. The store is very lovely though, a lot of seating options and clean bathrooms. I’ve also seen baristas on their phones a lot. My drinks and food are always right though, so kudos for that :))
The person helping me at this location was friendly and outgoing and willing to help me with the customization of my coffee. I asked for extra half and half that was steamed and they did put in extra. Sometimes they do not at other locations. The gentleman even brought it out to me in the lobby and hand-delivered it which was a really nice touch. Would highly recommend.

I’m a regular customer at Star Bucks first time at this location and it was a total disappointment. I got 3 of their venti Ice Lavender Matcha. What a joke I literally paid for the dam cups, I got 1/4 of drink and the rest was foam. I kindly confronted the two employees at the window and didn’t get a solution, total rip off y’all should be ashamed of yourself. And you had the audacity of calling yourself a barista.
