This location is horrible. My last 3 orders have been completely screwed up… you can’t reach anyone when trying to call the store and emailing them does no good either.. save yourself the time, money and energy and go to a different location. Employees here don’t pay attention to your order and you never get what you request.. I can see a one off but the last 3 times, every sandwich messed up.. come on

I went into Taylorsville subway on redwood road May 31st at 2:04 pm MST originally and the person who helped me acted frustrated assembles my turkey sandwich together all sloppy . I went in again 8:10 pm to have fixed correctly and WAS NOT ADVISED THAT I COULD CHOOSE WHERE THE MEAT AND ETC WAS PLACES ON THE SANDWICH BREAD
So when I tried taking a bite it was a total mess couldn’t taste the meat and nothing stayed in the sandwich
I called to explain in a nice voice the young man working at the sandwich counter Scott said “ you should’ve said where you wanted the meat in the sandwich bread !@ I mentioned not knowing there was a choice as customer that it’s nothing are told at all! That if I’d know would’ve gladly said my preference
He whole attitude was well guess that’s your issue because you should’ve said
If I would’ve know it was option I definitely would’ve said ! I’m not someone who’s familiar with subway and the options to how sandwich’s can be made that way at all!! Be so long since I’d been in one usually go to Jersey Mikes because their state of putting together a sub works so well and people are much nicer but I thought hey I’ll give subway another chance
I’m craving them for some reason !!

This is the second.. and last.. time we order from Subway! I don’t know who teaches their “sandwich artists” how to make a sandwich but they need to do better. The sandwiches are more bread than any condiments, especially meat. They put everything in the middle of the bread, thinking folding it in half makes it look cool (please). Instead, you have to rebuild their “sandwiches” to make them palatable. My latest sandwich had mustard in such sporadic places, it took 3 bites to even know it was there. I also had an entire can of sliced olives on my sandwich. No wonder I couldn’t taste the mustard! The icing on this proverbial cake was it had no cheese. We could of course bring it back, if it wasn’t too eaten (can you imagine how it loked after pulling it apart and removing all the olives and half the bread?!?). Totally not worth it! I’ll slap some cheese on, add meat and condiments and have a homemade leftover. Jimmy John’s has a faithful customer from now on!

I am so worried about the health, safety, and welfare of these employees. It is over 90 degrees in this Subway. OSHA suggests 68 - 76. Owners— do something! What if someone gets heat stroke?

This location and owner never paid me for my time working here years ago. I'm still bitter about it lol. Accused me of stealing when I quit so that they didn't have to pay me. Also it was insanely gross there. Hope they cleaned it up since but the drive thru area in particular was disgusting. There was old moldy food in there the entire time I worked there that nobody would clean or take out. Don't support them 👎

Pay your employees, a livable wage and quit asking your customers to tip and supplement their income. I’m not going to tip for a drive-through sandwich.
Employees close this location when they want. Don’t expect the hours to be correct.

Very bad experience. I had a coupon that was buy a drink and footling and get one free. They didn’t apply the correct coupon and then for some reason charged me two different transactions and didn’t tell me my totals before swiping my card. Then I confronted her about it and said well that is what scanned in. I asked for a manager she said there isn’t one here. They won’t be here until Monday or Wednesday. I said the coupon that was applied wasn’t even what the coupon says. She then voided both transactions without addressing this to me and was refusing to give me my food. I said no I want my food and I’m ok paying for it with the coupon.Btw I was having a hard time understanding what she is talking about the whole time. She then took back my card to recharge me. The recharge wasn’t even the same dollar amount. She then stepped away from the window and didn’t explain what she was doing. I’m on a time crunch and had to leave after a half hour in the drive through. I’d like for this to be taken care of. Very rude lady. Lack of customer service and communication.

This place had the window blocked off so you couldn't see what was put on your sandwich and of course just like most of these subways they made the sandwich wrong!!! I'm done with subway forever!!!!!

I used to work here back in 2023. I can personally attest that while basic hygiene standards are followed, half of the employees get high off weed during work. The food is awful and so is the service to match it.

I love coming to this location; however, the last time I was there (June 2024), the lady kept touching her face and adjusting her headset (she seemed to be in private call) while fixing my sandwich. Anyone preparing food SHOULD NEVER touch anything, but the food.

Worst service ever! The girls working were not kind or helpful and the manager was worse! The app wouldn't work and the manager wouldn't honor the deal even though they could see it was their app problem. The emoyees refused to speak english even when we asked. Never go to location!!
