These cookies are so very yummy!! I have gone here twice, and they have a drive thru window, so it's super convenient. Each time, I was greeted by a friendly and cheerful employee. I placed my order online, and it was ready when I arrived. I now have a new favorite place for gourmet cookies! If you love cookies, this is the place for you!!

Not my favorite cookies because I prefer cookies that have a little more salt in them. These were far too sugary for me. They're also are the unbaked style cookie which I don't love, but if u like really sugary and under baked cookies then you would like this place.
Love this place! Their drinks were great. I'm not a fan of the cookies. Entirely too much. I don't know. I don't like the sugar cookie bases. Haven't had a drink I don't like yet.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!! i have NEVER had a bad experience with anything. especially the employees. i know how hard it can be to work in customer service nowadays cause they’re are a lot of difficult people and these workers are underpaid, young, and stressed. but they never fail to make my day! if anyone has ever had a bad experience it’s probably because you are a bad person:) hope this helps!

Had to wait 20 minutes for the drinks because the employees were messing around. After 20 minutes I asked if they had made our drinks. The female employee working there tonight gave me attitude and flipped me off when they gave us the drinks. The drinks were watery and the drinks tasted horrible. Worst drinks I’ve ever drank at any location. We go to twisted sugar all the time but we don’t normally go to this location. Watery and gross and not made properly. The drinks tasted so bad we threw them all away. I ordered 5 twisters so it was over $20. Did I mention all my children were in the car when she flipped me off? We love Twisted Sugar and go to the Herriman location all the time. We’ll never go to this location again, we only went to this location because we were on the way home from the U hospital visiting my brother. Real nice way to end our day. I am so incredibly angry with these employees. They either made our drinks wrong on purpose or had no idea how to make them and that’s why they tasted so bad. We know how they’re supposed to taste. We get them all the time. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant location. Absolutely ridiculously horrible customer service and treatment

I haven't been in the establishment so I can't speak for the atmosphere, but I ordered from them off of "door dash", and I was very pleased with my purchase and the value. I tried 5 different cookies, two drinks, and the orange roll. All were super YUM! I would definitely recommend this place to a friend and I'll also be returning :)

Edit: I totally understand why verification is needed and its appreciated. I wanted to bring to your attention that your staff wasn't kind so other customers aren't treated this way. Hope this helps.I ordered online for pickup but put my boyfriends name on the order so he could pick up. The woman working wasn't kind to him and needed to see the order so I sent a picture to him and even then she still seemed irritated with him picking up. I probably won't buy here again.
Decent place for deserts, lots of sugar of course, but good staff and atmosphere, I would recommend coming here at least once!
