The young lady that took our order was awesome, food not so much. My beef and cheddar was smashed! Like the deliberately flattened my sandwich. The fries were cold and old and the container the fries came in wasn’t even filled to what they were supposed to be. Very disappointing because we haven’t had Arby’s in awhile and we were excited

Had a big order this morning and a few items were accidentally missed...went in tonight quite late to a busy restaurant and Charlotte heard my issue, retrieved her manager Mia and together they quickly fixed my issue with 5 STAR customer service!! Thx ladies. I appreciate you and all you do.

Yesterday was a hard day for me. My credit card got compromised and had to go pull money out of my account for the days events. Never thought about getting small bills. Went thru drive thru and went to pay for my sandwich with a large bill, which they didn’t have change for. Just my luck for the day. I said sorry and was getting ready to leave. The young man in the drive thru said hang on. And gave it to me for no charge. This gentlemen did not know how my day was going. But to me his kindness was the best thing that happened to me yesterday. Thank you Arby’s and this young man for your human kindness

5:21 PM she was dark haired very very nice young lady running the drive-through window said she was a manager because I was gonna talk to a manager about how good she was had a wonderful smile had a great attitude. It’s the first time in a while at any restaurant that I felt like I was not Upsetting the employees by being there. She generally seemed happy and was excited we were at her store and all that Arby’s, you need to do everything possible to keep a hold of somebody like that there’s just not many workers like her anymore. I would’ve given her 10 stars if I could have.
Gave the local prices in you damn site! National chain shouldn't be that hard! This y'all get no orders! Just a thought. To hard to find out if it's affordable... Which most times is not..... Just tied it again, I know I should have known better. The only person in the building and they still didn't get the order right! REALLY!

The food was absolutely disgusting. The oil for the Fry's had to be old, the soda machine in the lobby had no carbonation... I had a to go order and when I got to where I was at and actually tried to eat it I thought about walking back to get my money. Please do better.
