So my son and I and our workers stopped at the Arby’s in lake point this morning and they got our order all wrong and said come back when you can we will fix it . Well we worked really late and went back to thst arvys to find out they were closed so I called Arby’s in tooele and they were more then glad to get us what we wanted . Amber and charlotte are very great workers best customer service ever . Thank you ladies you’re amazing . Hopefully I spelled ok I don’t have my glasses .

If I could give them a 0 I would...I ordered a beef n cheddar took 1 bite and the meat tasted like it's rotten and bad if I ate it probably would have gotten food poisoning for sure my sandwich was cold. Also the employees need to be a little nicer to customers they are all snobby and have attitudes.

Don't call it curly fries, if all are straight and 1 or 2 come curly. Get your curly fries at Jack in the Box, they are better. Also, don't hire people who are going to work high.

I did the drive through as the sun was going down between 5 and 6 pm. There were no lights on the menu and I could not read it, so I had to guess on what to order. I did notice the lights came on for cars after me as I was waiting for my order. It took longer than expected to get my food. Also, I realized there were no napkins in the bag when I got home. Food was OK, what I normally expect at Arby's.

Its always practically empty when we arrive the food takes very little time i usually wait 5 to maybe 8 minutes tops when getting food which i don't think it's that long at all if you value your sanity and peace and quiet come here just don't blame me if everyone is better because i recommended it yes i tooted my own horn you'll thank me one day

Sat at the window with no one in line for 20 minutes with no communication on what’s taking so long. And then finally after waiting 20 minutes for French dip, large curly and mozzarella sticks, she hands me the bag everything cold but the mozzarella sticks. And the entire time they were all chitchatting and having a blast but can’t communicate to the customer on what’s taking so long. This at 10pm this is unacceptable.

This place has gone down the drain. Twice now in the last few weeks they are completely out of roast beef. Went for breakfast a few weeks ago and the rude, disheveled drive thru lady was in full hello kitty pajamas and looked like she’d just rolled out of bed. Employees are rude. The order is never right. I’m done after tonight when they were out of roast beef yet again and the drive thru lady snapped at me and was rude. I won’t be back. Employees obviously don’t care at all and are so rude. The pajamas lady was dirty, greasy and gross. How unprofessional. Won’t be back.

As a doordasher at 10pm going through drive thru, I have never felt so disrespected. I waited for more than ten minutes and no one said anything to me. I knocked on the window and employees didn't come to the window to tell me the status of the order. One employee I saw eating and laughed at me when he saw I was still waiting. The food finally came and a different employee handed the food to me without saying anything. I told her this was really bad. The wait and that no one talked to me at all. She just said sorry. Never going to take a late night Doordash order from Arby's again.

Service was poor pulled up waited almost 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge I was there and then they held my credit card for almost 5 minutes instead of swiping it and giving it back with the receipt cuz there was no receipt. And this is not the first time this has happened but the third

This place is a disgrace. Management clearly doesn't care about customers. Employees don't give out receipts, and they give out food you didn't even order. And on top of that, it looks like it was just thrown into the box. This location sucks.
