The only reason they got a 4 star instead of a 5 is because their food seems to continue to go up in price. And the food seems to be getting smaller lol!

The new bbq brisket I'd say don't waste your money. It was very dry and no bbq flavor at all. They have much better choices on the menu.

I am always surprised when I see a bad review for this place because my husband and I swear it is the best BK in Utah! The staff is amazing, the food is fast and fresh, the eating areas are clean, and they always make sure the kiddos leave with a crown. I understand that order mistakes can happen, but we've never experienced one here in all the years we've been doing. Kudos to the management and staff at this location, they're doing things right!

Unfortunately I have tried this place several times. Sometimes you get cold food. This last time there was a spot of mayo on each sandwich, like it was too hard to refill the mayo on the prep station. I don't like leaving poor reviews but these guys need to make an effort.

We had hot, fresh, great tasting food! One of the best BK stores we've been to.
Pulled up to the drive up ordered 2 whoppers. No ketchup . Drove home opened the bag up to get the whoppers and I couldn't beleave my eyes there was nothing but a bun and a patty. On Both. it was traffic hour and I new if I went strait back to burger King in traffic hour I would of been 10 times more pist because every one no's traffic hour in tooele is. So I called it rang and rang then hung up I kept calling no ansure. I don't think it was right . And since thay did not ansure the phone. I'm going over heads . And I'm not going to stop tell thay fix it. This kind of service is unexseptable.
I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and they didn't other to put any bacon on it but they definitely didn't forget to charge me for it. They always get my order wrong or give me old nasty food.
