Went here last night got my son chicken fries and I got the chicken wraps and we both ended up with food poisoning. I called today just to inform them and the lady said I sound like a robot. Very rude. I wasn’t mad. I was just trying to let her know That we got sick from the chicken.

The only reason they got a 4 star instead of a 5 is because their food seems to continue to go up in price. And the food seems to be getting smaller lol!

The new bbq brisket I'd say don't waste your money. It was very dry and no bbq flavor at all. They have much better choices on the menu.

I am always surprised when I see a bad review for this place because my husband and I swear it is the best BK in Utah! The staff is amazing, the food is fast and fresh, the eating areas are clean, and they always make sure the kiddos leave with a crown. I understand that order mistakes can happen, but we've never experienced one here in all the years we've been doing. Kudos to the management and staff at this location, they're doing things right!

Unfortunately I have tried this place several times. Sometimes you get cold food. This last time there was a spot of mayo on each sandwich, like it was too hard to refill the mayo on the prep station. I don't like leaving poor reviews but these guys need to make an effort.
