This place is a joke! If I could leave zero stars I would. I let Chris know that I wanted the fries without salt and he purposely took 15 to 20 minutes to give me my food so that my fries would be cold w/my fish sandwich and I was having it in the lobby! I wasn’t taking it to go. And then he dragged around he has nothing to do. They continue to hide in the back. You would think they had another job back there. Because Burger King ain’t it. Have it your way? It’s not their motto at this location. They don’t have the food already prepared, nothing!They’re cooking it by order and then they have you wait after the fries are cold and also the apple pie was not seasoned with what it needs to have such as the Cinnamon And sugar sprinkles on the outside of it. They are lazy as hell. Drag around you can tell they hate their job. They don’t even wanna give you eye contact because they know they don’t have any customer best interest at heart….as well as pep in their step no drive on this job. To do the customer right. Most of the time I just stopped coming to a business, but I had to leave this review. Normally I love leaving good reviews…. but this place sucks Chris is horrible and the girl working with him is a joke. You would honestly think it was coming out of their check or I didn’t pay for it!! like I’m getting it for free… really. Why bother at this location? You can honestly see that they don’t give a RIPP!!! Treat others as you would like to be treated with your food, time & money. When I watched the whole thing happened, Chris deliberately made sure my food was cold because I asked them for fries without salt. I know what it is. I paid attention to what just happened.

It's 6:16 am where are the workers at this burger king truckers are hungry dude, plus their burgers are old and their fries isn't cooked all the way and the griller burger maker has a terrible attitude because you want the burger made fresh. I never seen a burger king like them

Honestly surprised that there is that many one star reviews, the people that work here do really good jobs. I'm impressed by how well they do, my order was taken quickly and nicely, the food is packed well. Never had a cold fry, so I appreciate these folk. The atmosphere definitely isnt up to modern par but its good.

I was actually very surprised to see such a low review. The lobby was clean, the food was good, and Ashton did a great job with the order. He was super friendly. Tonight, it did not warrant a 2.8 overall review. I will say whoever does the ordering of supplies needs to do better lots of things out of order. None of the items I wanted, so not a big deal.
Best burger king experience in a long time not the fastest service but better quality and cleaner food than most burger kings And friendly and attentive staff.
