We went in and to start the people working the line where amazing, we got down to pay for our food and the person who checked us out, I think he’s the manager but he was a absolute gem everything was amazing as always and the people where even better thank you to all the people working new years and a special thank you to Jesus for helping us out!

This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. I paid around $20 for my order and didn’t receive multiple things I ordered. There was no tortilla on the side at all, no horchata, and it doesn’t look like I received the sides or extra dressing I paid for either.

It genuinely feels like my order was treated as unimportant, and paying with a gift card should never mean the order gets handled poorly. Missing this many items is unacceptable.

What’s frustrating is that this location is usually good, which makes this experience even more disappointing. But this time? Completely dropped the ball. I would not recommend ordering like this again if accuracy matters to you.

Food wasn't great, but mostly it's that they were out of so many basics: veggies, chicken, napkins, carbonation in their fountain drinks.

I ordered it online and don’t get what I had ordered for. I ordered is with guacamole and a side of guacamole plus extra and all I got was sour cream..

We brought the whole family in for dinner and were served by a very happy and pleasant young man named Adam. His smile lit up the room as he quickly worked the line of customers.

They got my order wrong despite me clarifying, twice, that I wanted the shredded beef and not steak. Charged me the premium when they still got it wrong and then added so little of the steak that I only found some in the last bite of my burrito. They charged me a premium price for what was basically just a rice and bean burrito. This is after I finally gave it another chance after my last two visits also had items made completely wrong. The consistency that they're getting my orders wrong is the only reason I felt I needed to leave a review at all.

The food itself, when you get the right order, is generally really good but if you come here I don't recommend the drive-thru. Just go in so you can make sure they get your order right.

We eat here often but today we had a large piece of skin in our shredded chicken. It wasn't appealing and made my wife sick. Should've gone to Chipotle.

I enjoy taco Tuesday with my boyfriend. We get the different meats; 3 of each. The kids meals are pretty inexpensive.

Food is usually good but customer service here deserves zero stars. No urgency, friendliness or customer service happening at this location at all.

This place has never got my drive thru order correct once.
