Got two combos with waffles fries. They forgot one fry and made the other with normal fries also got charged for a frozen lemonade when I wanted a regular and an extra 4$ for “western wednesday” on top of my combo and extra drink that I didn’t order.

I was with my children and the experience was terrible, the staff talking amongst themselves, making jokes and not attending to the customers, we ordered to eat there and they gave us a takeaway, the order was not as we ordered and they did not give my children their cookies, really very bad service

The shift manager Zach should be replaced. This is the second time we have visited when he took our order. He made us feel like we were bothering him. He was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and had a hard time answering our questions. We were a huge inconvenience to him. The whole time that we were in the building every chair and stool was up on the tables while 2 girls with brooms or mops leaned against the wall talking. While the food was fairly good, I was extremely disappointed in the atmosphere and service, so we took our food to go. I guess that I will use the drive-up next time even though the service there is not good either. Thank goodness we have many fast food establishments in town to choose from and I dont have to return here often.

A long time ago I used to love this place, but after returning to it recently, I must say I'm disappointed. Like everywhere else, everything has gotten extremely pricey. The food is fine, just a bit bland in my opinion, and on top of all of that, I found hair in my burger.

So many things went wrong with this visit I don't know where to start. I went through the drive thru and the lady asked if I wanted a large combo, I said no, medium. I reached the window and then she repeated the order with a large combo, I said no, medium. She was nice but seemed annoyed at her own mistake! She gave me the drink and told me she didn't want to dump it out so I get a large, I didn't want to dump it out either that's why I ordered a medium! I paid for fries and didn't get them either! Don't think I'll be going back. Not hard to pay attention!

Honestly, I really like the food here. And this place may be pretty successful if it wasn’t for pretty terrible service and atmosphere.
There’s a guy who works here who seems pretty miserable, which is fair and I don’t blame him, but he pretty much takes it out on everybody that comes through. He talks like a robot, and sounds exasperated and impatient with every response. I’m sure any one who’s been here knows who this person is.
It also seems like they’re either not open when they say they are, or someone is not doing their job.
I work security and stopped for a bite around 7:30 am this morning. All the posted signs on the property as well as Google, say they open at 7.
There was a car in the parking lot, but the doors are locked and nobody responding at the mic.
Overall this place should honestly just close. I’m surprised it’s still around.
