A long time ago I used to love this place, but after returning to it recently, I must say I'm disappointed. Like everywhere else, everything has gotten extremely pricey. The food is fine, just a bit bland in my opinion, and on top of all of that, I found hair in my burger.

So many things went wrong with this visit I don't know where to start. I went through the drive thru and the lady asked if I wanted a large combo, I said no, medium. I reached the window and then she repeated the order with a large combo, I said no, medium. She was nice but seemed annoyed at her own mistake! She gave me the drink and told me she didn't want to dump it out so I get a large, I didn't want to dump it out either that's why I ordered a medium! I paid for fries and didn't get them either! Don't think I'll be going back. Not hard to pay attention!

Honestly, I really like the food here. And this place may be pretty successful if it wasn’t for pretty terrible service and atmosphere.
There’s a guy who works here who seems pretty miserable, which is fair and I don’t blame him, but he pretty much takes it out on everybody that comes through. He talks like a robot, and sounds exasperated and impatient with every response. I’m sure any one who’s been here knows who this person is.
It also seems like they’re either not open when they say they are, or someone is not doing their job.
I work security and stopped for a bite around 7:30 am this morning. All the posted signs on the property as well as Google, say they open at 7.
There was a car in the parking lot, but the doors are locked and nobody responding at the mic.
Overall this place should honestly just close. I’m surprised it’s still around.

Terrible customer service. We walked in the lobby after going thru the drive thru cause we decided to sit down and eat (mind you the door says lobby open till 11pm and this is at 9pm) we were shown to h e door rudely and told the lobby was closed

Only people and a hour from closing and ordered a guacamole burger and a double el diablo we ended up not even getting are el diablo burger and for some reason got a normal hamburger we also ordered a thing of guacamole fries with no pico and ended up getting double the customer service was terrible and absolutely rude and had no respect and got mad every time we added to are order

Cleanliness, dress codes, and employee hygiene are the main problems, and of course, that shows in food quality as well. Very expensive food but quality is below standard.

I am pretty sure my son got croup from here after playing on the playground so I don't know how often they sanitize the playground. Also every time I come here they are SO SLOW! Sometimes I just order a cheeseburger and that is it and I will be the only car in the drive thru and the lobby is closed and they still take forever, almost everytime I come they are just painfully slow and the workers (most not all) just seem so annoyed that you went there.

Had Carl’s Jr twice today. Both times they didn’t put jalapeño poppers on my burger. And they also put onions on my wife’s burger when she asked for none, as well as didn’t put the tomatoes or pickles that she wanted. Carl’s Jr. used to be great. But lately it’s been terrible and making sad excuses for burgers. Probably not coming back
