1 star for management 5 stars are only for Ellie! She was the ONLY one working on a Friday night! It was her 4th day! She did great! Management needs to be better at scheduling people and coming in themselves if needed.

This Google review is in regards to my visit on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 8:30 PM.

The two girls working the counter were super friendly and helpful. Mckenna and Katlyn truly made our night out for ice cream with their positivity and humor. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience!

Terrible experience. I went at 6:30 on a Monday night. There wasn’t a customer in the place. There was no workers upfront either. I waited 4-5 minutes, listening to employees talking in the back. I played music on my phone as loud as I could, and nothing. I finally called the cold stone and told them that I was up front.! I got a peanut butter perfection. The young girl scooped out the ice cream and it was so soupy that it barely could be scooped. She slopped it on the slab and it was about the consistency of pancake batter. She then put a very small amount of chocolate and about a teaspoon full of peanut butter and one peanut butter cup, which she split in half with her scoop and slopped it into a cup. Which filled it about 3/4 full. She said “I’ll top it off” and she took it back to the slab and got one more scoop of soft ice cream and put it on top. I was shocked!!! I have never had this kind of service at any Cold Stone!!! The ice cream didn’t even taste right not being really frozen. I didn’t even eat it all. Terrible!!! I won’t ever go back to the Tooele Cold Stone again! I told a friend who had a similar experience. So it isn’t a fluke. Don’t go here. I don’t recommend it.

This location needs to be shut down for a week for a good deep cleaning.

8-14-2025. My wife and I stopped in to get an iced cream. When we went in the store there was a gentleman in line and the only other person in the store. My wife went to the restroom and I waited. The gentleman in front of me left because no one ever came to help him. I saw a lady standing at the back door and asked if they were open and she said yes. She came up and told us she needed to take a phone call and then she would be up to help. Two more sets of customers came in and stood behind us. After about seven more minutes we just left.

Was really disappointed last night with my ice cream. My son and nephew came in last night around 9:00 p.m. or so and told him it was going to be a big order. The choice of ice cream I picked was the last of it and it did not add up to I gotta have it size, but I was charged I got to have it size, we don't even live 5 minutes away from Cold Stone creamery, my ice cream came back a soup, and since I lacked the amount of ice cream that was supposed to be in there I feel like they shoved a bunch of fruit in there to make it up, I love fruit but it was overpowering because of the lack of ice cream. I feel you guys need to have a freezer so you can put ice creams in there while other ice creams are being made when it comes to big orders. Just a thought.

We love Cold Stone but the Tooele store does not serve the quality we are accustomed to. The ice cream is always soupy. The workers are always new. The store is dirty. Better places in Tooele for our ice cream fix.

Ordered their new Mangonada Milk Shake via Doordash. It arrived missing two of the main ingredients. Whipped topping and mango boba. How the hell can the store think it's okay to send this half-assed shake to a customer? I called the store to see what they could do. They offered to make another one but I would have to come pick it up. I am not able to come pick it up. Why the hell do you think I ordered it through Doordash?!

Also, someone should teach these employees how to put a call on hold or mute before badmouthing the person on the other end of the line. I could hear everything they were saying. Not very professional at all.

It is unbelievable to experience this level of poor customer service from Cold Stone. I normally have a great experience here.

After having this issue far too many times, decided to leave a review. Most of the time we order here the toppings aren’t even mixed into the ice cream and when orders are placed online you pick up a bowl of ice cream soup. We ordered yesterday and drove around while we waited for our order pick up time. When my husband picked it up, both ice creams were melted. Way too expensive of a treat to be made with half effort and let sat out to melt. We decided to no longer go here.

Frozen raspberries? Gross. Oreos looked weird too.

I came in the other day just to get a small like it size of ice cream, and they put a whole load of ice cream in the container. I told them if I could get a lid for it, they said sure. The guy there tried to put a lid on it, and it wouldn’t go on. I told them if I could instead get a larger bowl to put this in, and said I would have to buy a large as well. I ORDER A SMALL, THEY FILL IT UP COMPLETELY WITH ICE CREAM AND THE LID DOESNT EVEN FIT! I have to PAY for a large in order to fix this mistake that he made. This cold stone sucks!

My order was delivered and it was the wrong order. The wrong ice cream, no waffle bowl, just all wrong. I had it redelivered and they still got it wrong. The delivery driver said the employees ignored him for almost 10 minutes and then they were really rude.

I was waiting in line after another family had placed their order - The 3 employees that were there looked at me and walked to the back without saying anything and I waited awhile until I finally was able to be helped

I hope this cake is amazing!! However! I'm Not stoked on the writing. And the fact We paid 70$ for a cake. That I might as well have had my Son write it himself.
