Walked in this afternoon to one of the employees making out with their girlfriend at a table. She was called over to assist the one preparing our orders while a 3rd worker stood behind the counter. Food was ok. Floor was incredibly sticky throughout the store and when told they were out of toilet paper in the ladies bathroom the workers stated they were waiting for their shipment. We won’t be returning.

Ice cream is OK but the store is filthy. Spilled something on the floor and the paper was totally black. Floors haven't been cleaned in ages. Windows are super dirty and counters and tables..who knows? These are easy things to keep up. Bet the prep areas are not clean. This store at the time we were there was under staffed terribly. 7 people in line, one poor staff member. Come on folks, you can do better.

They really need to pay and treat their employees better. Every time I come here, they’re always understaffed. Every person working is doing several different jobs, yet I assure you they only get paid for one. Since they’re understaffed, the visit is always a long one. I’ve never been in and out, and there’s always a line. Today I noticed while standing in line that something reeks in the store. It smelled like maybe a drain or issue with the plumbing. It was a really gross smell and didn’t instill confidence in me that the place was clean. As I looked around, waiting, I noticed even more nasty things. The areas in the freezer around the ice cream they scoop looked like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a while. There was ice cream buildup that looked several days old. They also didn’t even bother putting the ice creams in their designated spots in accordance with the labels. The one young lady that was working mentioned she wasn’t feeling well, then coughed open mouth without covering her mouth over the ice cream and then disappeared, leaving the other employee to handle things by himself. If they paid better, they’d have more employees to cover shifts when others aren’t well. After seeing how dirty everything was and after seeing the employee cough like that, I really was debating just walking out and not ordering. I ended up getting ice cream anyway, and luckily it was delicious. I’ll certainly be hesitant about visiting in the future due to the experience I had there today. Cold stone corporate- be better!
Parking: This store is in a strip mall, so there is a large free parking lot.

It appears that it isn't being actively managed. The shake was good, it took forever (nobody else in line). The place was an absolute pig sty, disgustingly dirty.

Very poor service. Only 2 people working the counter and most of the time there is only one working. At times both disappeared and there was nobody at the counter. Hard to blame the employees as training must be very poor. This place is also dirty and not clean. I can only imagine that at the end of the day, cleanup is very minimal, if there is any clean-up at all.
I love Cold Stone but it's crazy when there is literally ONE person working and there are currently 22 people in line...

We just ordered 2 ice creams both were missing their waffle cones/bowls and to our surprise some kind of wooden or straw bristle was in 1 of the ice creams. Nothing makes you feel better not knowing where something came from when you pull it put of your mouth

Every time I order a cake ahead, at least 2 days, it's never ready. This is the 3rd time this has happened. The cakes are good but what's the point of scheduling a pick up time if they never decorate it until I get there. It's been paid for at the time it's ordered. I am going to pick it up. $70.00 for a cake. I wouldn't not get it. If I order from here again I will come an hour late and see if I have the same experience

I had not had their shakes before and I had to see if they were any good. Basically they put ice cream in a blender and added a bunch of milk (that's what a shake is anyways, correct?). So it wasn't anything special. It wasn't thick like a La Beau's shake. You can drink it with their paper straws (paper straws are actually considered worse for the environment). I'll pass next time and just get plain ice cream.
