A day before I order me a salad from costa vida and they didn’t add the meat I asked for, I called the store to speak with a manager and told them my situation and the manager there said they where sorry and the next time I go in I can get a free salad he took my name and number and said he would put it in his system. I go in the next day thinking it was worth it cause of the free salad but an employee said she’s heard nothing about my situation and called for a manager and he also said he has heard nothing about my situation he goes to the manager that was the one who took my name and number for the free salad but said there was nothing, he comes back and tells me “there’s nothing we can do about”

Everything was delicious and this kid Brysen was so helpful.
The employees are so stingy, they like to half scoop food. Employees here have so much attitude, I think they forgot who keeps this place running and who is paying them. So tired of giving them another chance, I think that will be my last try. I will have to give corporate a call, maybe they can train this location to serve better. The worst locating so far.

The food here is really good. It has vegan and vegetarian food options, although the meat is really good.
Vegetarian options: You can just ask them for no meat, etc. They are really friendly about it.
Parking: There are a few parking spots in the front and others around at other spots that is not far away.
