Cupbop - Korean BBQ in a Cup

Tried this for the first time today. The food was okay. I think I would have been happier just getting the potstickers with their sauce. I got the Combo so I could try two different things, and the potstickers with the sauce were the only thing I really enjoyed. The Kbbq Chicken was ok but I think that is only because the sauce they put on top made it better. 12 bucks for 15% protein, 30% noodle, 5% bland Cabbage, and 50% bland rice is a bit over priced. If they gave you so more sauce on the side for the cabbage and rice, that would make the price fit better.

I think I will just stick to Panda when it comes to a meal. The potstickers are good enough to go back for. They are also the only reason I gave them 3 stars on the food or it would have been 1.

Edit: 10 months later, I decide to give Tooele Cupbop another shot. I asked them to make it extra saucy this time, thinking this is the obvious solution, and I think I actually got less sauce than the last time. They didn't mark the spice levels on the cup and the bowls looked the exact same so I don't know, good luck figuring out which is which. Props, though, that it was edible. It didn't taste good but any means, not enough sauce to actually flavor anything when mixed, but I didn't want to die after eating it. So kudos, maybe. Husband called, of course there's no manager to actually do anything. Maybe there's no actual manager? Kid on the phone says they neeeever get complaints about the sauce. Plenty of reviews say otherwise, though. Jealous of the poster with the sauce slop bowl, must be nice getting some flavor. No change in rating, wish Cupbop didn't have to be a SLC trip to taste good.

One of my bowls had scarcely any sauce and the other had something vague and none of the spicy sauce. The noodles tasted horribly burnt. And maybe that's a feature that's usually covered by actually having sauce, I don't know. The teens working there can write YouTuber names all over your bowl for whatever dumb reason, but applying the sauce you want is too much, I guess.
They need an acting manager on site to solve the problem of receiving gross inedible slop, which is weird and a non-functional practice when there's no acting manager on site. Food 0/10. Customer service 0/10.

As others have said. Crazy slow! They bribe people with free food for good reviews on here. But a paid for review will never equal the terrible service that they are doing here. Fix it management.

Slow. Waited 30 minutes before I asked when our food was going to be ready, told it would be another 12 minutes. Others, I think delivery service drivers, had been waiting longer. Couldn't do a refund as the manager had left? Just two people working, no hustle, and a lobby full of frustrated people.

Phenomenal food, great service. Cashier even changed our order for us to save us a few bucks. The bathrooms however are disgusting every time we come. Last time I let it slide, I figured it was just one bad customer or child. The next time it became apparent that it’s a repeating pattern. I hope they can improve in that one aspect.

Service at this location is superb! I was offered a sample for the tangy fried chicken which is so freakin good. I don't recall this option being offered on the food truck.
