This is one of my personal favorite places to get any type of Asian food. The fact that it is Korean just makes me that much happier because we don't have a lot of good Korean options out there and this place has always been top tier.

I want to like this place so bad. But every time I come it is consistently disappointing. I kept coming back because I had $80 in gift cards. Rice isn’t fresh, order isn’t quite right (twice it was the sauce on the k dawg, once it was the wrong protein), they refuse to honor the promos the store advertises (take home ramen, kids bookmarks) because they didn’t know what they were, potstickers are dry. The restrooms are always dirty and the floors and tables are sticky and unwashed even if they are not busy. And I have never seen them busy. When I am asked where I want to eat I have started saying anywhere but cupbop.
