This location has a habit of not making delivery orders accurate. So far I had to call to double check due to them saying they delivered and we didn’t receive anything. This time they took over two hours before I called in to cancel. They couldn’t provide my refund until 3 days since it was their error they should’ve fast tracked that back asap. Whoever is running there store needs to be helping their employees and keep track of what is being reported

Pizza is always greasy and overdone. Their sides are the star, however you can't customize them. When you request a customization, they don't listen to it. I have ordered their bread four times, and everytime they don't listen to the customization. Horrible prices for horrible food.

Ordered TEN XL pizzas on Wednesday to be picked up in Sunday at 1pm. Called back after the order was placed to confirm they received the order. Same on Thursday and Friday then Sunday morning at 1130 and was told the order was on track. Got here at 1pm and the order has not even been started. Asked to speak to a manager , Brian, who had the attitude of a street thug telling me they got off track and there is nothing he can or will do. There was no apologies or any sort of regret just oh well. I told him to get working on the order and he told me my order will get worked on when he can. This will have a follow up with the coropate

I ordered a pizza from Domino's today. When I got it home, there was no sauce on the pizza. When I tried to take the pizza and have them remake it, they told me that that's the way it was ordered, and there was nothing they could do to make it right?

Great food not so great system. I've been ordering from this domino's for as long as I've lived in tooele, the pizzas are great, but the system I can't say the same. It's slow, old, and at times it would take up to 30 minutes of the page just loading. There's been times where I've been charged twice for one pizza. Love the pizzas, workers are great, system can use a update
I ate the pepperoni pizza and then almost immediately was throwing up for the rest of the night. Not fun 😞. I do not recommend food poisoning.

I ordered 2 large pizzas and garlic bites from this Domino's location in February 2025. The order was wrong and I called and spoke with a female who said she was the manager. She told me she'd put in their book that I could come get the 2 large pizzas and garlic bites at a later date. That she wrote it in their book. Fast forward to June 3rd 2025. I called to get my free pizzas and garlic bites. Only to be told they didn't know what I was talking about. I asked for the manager and a guy got on the phone. He was rude! Told me I was lying and questioned why it took me 4 months to call and get my free order. I explained that I live in the neighboring city and work 2 jobs. So I don't get to Tooele that often. Then he got smart mouthed with me and when I asked who I could talk to above him, he hung up on me! So I paid for an order that was wrong,, was promised a redo order and Domino's failed me! I will not order pizza from Domino's again.. I'll order Papa John's, Pizza Hut or Lingle Caesar's. Thanks for nothing Domino's!
