Nothing elevated here , like it’s all typical food and build your own , why deprive a a good name like that from someone who actually elevated the food , honestly your menu is ordinary , nowhere near elevated , change that name

This place lives up to its name! All of the menu items and cafe are themed to the great outdoors and local Tooele County hiking trails and mountain peaks. Very unique.The back country bacon jam is unlike anything else. And what an amazing grilled chicken sandwich.I love the online ordering option. Makes it quick and easy.I will definitely be coming back.
