Terrible. I had a mobile order to grab from the front counter. 30 min wait AFTER my order was supposed to be ready. They were not working on front counter orders at all and when someone complained who ordered after me they got their food in minutes because the manager thought the rest of us waiting were DoorDash. I get home with the wrong food and it’s cold. So thanks for that.

There customer service is not good, workers act like like there all miserable, there food is very low quality and too high priced and don't get there iced coffee it taste awful.

This location is one the slowest drives thrus I’ve ever been to. Staff were pleasant, but they are very understaffed and it takes an unacceptable amount of time for you to get your food. 2 cars in the drive thru and it took 20+ minutes. Sad because Jack is one of my favorites.

Edit: The two tacos for 99 cents are so good. I love them. I also love happy hour. The service has improved.
So the food is good for fast food. however the atmosphere is terrible when I'm dining in it sounds like I'm in the back of that kitchen and that's just sucks hearing all the beeping and alarms going off was annoying. The service just as bad there was a lady named Jennifer that works the night shift was very rude. Her response when I walked in was unprofessional. to keep the story short they were very swamped with doordash orders and drive-thru orders that a person next to me said they've been waiting 30 minutes for their food I was busy so I tried to inform the staff that I'll just be back in 30 minutes to pick up the food so I left. When I got back the response of Jennifer was oh God and then she turned around from the front desk and went to speak to somebody in the back. then I can overhear them saying that he's back. mind you I have been nothing but polite was never rude so this was just out of nowhere it really made me feel like walking out and then wanting to call customer support and just get a refund however I was still hungry so I toughed it out and requested my order however i came to find out they ended up throwing my order away and they had to remake it a very annoying experience only made worse by the out of nowhere unprofessionalism from the staff it's clear that they gossip way too much in the back and it's very unprofessional. It sucks because I eat here at least once a week because I also work the night shift at another company close by I guess I'm going back to McDonald's.

The food was underwhelming. I wanted a chocolate shake and they were out of chocolate for their soft serve ice cream machine. It was raining that evening and the restaurant was clean and the servers were friendly and helpful. I used to eat at Jack in the Box all the time when I was a teenager, I guess the years have really changed the quality of their burgers and fries.
