My wife and I took our grandfather out for his birthday and he wanted “so finger licking good” chicken. It was little busy due to it was dinner rush hour but we want to give a shout out to Julia for her great customer service during the rush, kindness, and outgoing personality.Definitely nice seeing good service!

If KFC messes your order up and steals money from you. Do not bother calling them. The manager will hang up the phone on you And will refuse to even compensate you for what they stole. This has happened Multiple times And needs to be addressed.👎🏻

Charged my husband $15 for tenders ONLY. Rang them up individually instead of in the combo (which is also $15 for 5 tenders, a side and a drink) then asked twice at the window which sauce he wanted after he told them at the speaker and still didnt put them in the bag. So we paid $19 For a small side of fried pickles and 5 chicken tenders with no sauce cups or breading on them.

I went here at 7:00 pm, waited in line for 30 minutes, finally got to tell them my order, after another 10 minutes I got to the window and the guy told me that they would not make me my chicken. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Literally Kentucky fried chicken refused to make me chicken. Wow. Losers.

Came through the drive-thru and ordered from RENNANJ at 9:30 pm on October 27, 2024. No hint of friendliness in his voice which doesn't warrant any actual bad marks because this is fast food after all and humans can't be chipper all the time. What got the low review is that I had to correct him on our order before we pulled up, and then when we left he had still gotten an item wrong. It might be frustrating to deal with people all day but really, to be corrected and STILL get it wrong? Typical Tooele food service experience, I highly advise if you're passing through this low-grade town that you skip the low-grade food options and eat somewhere your patronage will be valued.

Yesterday I ordered the 4 piece tender combo after seeing a ad on the TV the weekend before. First of all the meal was $12 and change after tax finally got to the drive up window the nice girl gave me my drink and the I sat there for what was like 15 minutes and then when I finally got home the tenders were not even half the size of what they looked liked on the commercial and the fries were kinda cold. Very disappointed in the Tooele location this isn't the first time this has happened I think I will take my business elsewhere. Not to mention a bunch a teenagers on their phones that work there. Were disappointed in the service and food quality.
