Julia at the counter was awesome, very helpful with menu questions, and checked on us after we got our food to see how it tasted, asked if we needed refills or anything else. So friendly. The food was great and a great value for the price for a family of 7. Thanks Julia!

Very frustrating they have pictures all over showing the honey bbq chicken. Tried to order it and was told then don’t carry it. Then why advertise it. Also cheesy potatoes were so over cooked. Or probably just way past time to toss them.

Orders are always wrong at this location. We ordered an 8pc extra crispy and received original that were straight oily mush. The Large sides were filled half way. When we tried calling about the issue no one could be bothered to answer a phone.

Maybe I'm used to foods in other states, but this KFC was not up to par at all. The chicken tenders were extremely light and not crispy at all and tasted undercooked, the wedges were also the same issue with no crisp and tasting undercooked but dry at the same time. On top of that the service was awful, went through drive through and the employee was just loud and rude despite me only coming to pick up an order that was behind her. I think I may be used to other KFCs that have always been good no matter when I would visit but this one was awful and a waste of money.

My wife and I took our grandfather out for his birthday and he wanted “so finger licking good” chicken. It was little busy due to it was dinner rush hour but we want to give a shout out to Julia for her great customer service during the rush, kindness, and outgoing personality.Definitely nice seeing good service!
If KFC messes your order up and steals money from you. Do not bother calling them. The manager will hang up the phone on you And will refuse to even compensate you for what they stole. This has happened Multiple times And needs to be addressed.👎🏻

Chicken on the Quesadilla was only in the middle slice and hardly any cheese and tasted like old oil when they grilled it. And again hardly any chicken on the 2 chicken and cheese only soft tacos. The app is a joke and all I wanted was to see the full menu and even after downloading the app still no full menu! When I went to complain and call no calls being taken. So I went to the web site but my receipt didn’t have a survey code on it!? Portions are obviously not taught to employees so it varies. And this store’s freshness does too. This is the kfc/ Taco Bell in Tooele! Don’t waste your money or time!

Charged my husband $15 for tenders ONLY. Rang them up individually instead of in the combo (which is also $15 for 5 tenders, a side and a drink) then asked twice at the window which sauce he wanted after he told them at the speaker and still didnt put them in the bag. So we paid $19 For a small side of fried pickles and 5 chicken tenders with no sauce cups or breading on them.
