My group called a month ago about catering and was advised to call back the day before. Did that Monday. When I went to catering I got in a loop and couldn't get out. Called 5600 and they told me I could order everything separate and couldn't guarantee catering price. Damn i would have to pay double to get the same amount. Called Tooele Marco's and talked to Kathy the GM. After telling her my predicament she investigated and found out catering button was dismantled. She fixed my order anyway and gave me the price we were quoted. She was awesome. I will recommend Marco's to everyone in Tooele maybe nit Salt Lake. Thank you again Kathy!

I will NEVER order a pizza through Marcos in Tooele, Utah again, and if I were you, I wouldn’t either! I called to place a delivery order. Real simple: 1 large pizza. The employees there have no training. Couldn’t get my address correct. I had to repeat my address 5 times and they still couldn’t get it right. The driver called saying: “I can’t find the address”! This shouldn’t be so hard. And then I get the pizza, and it’s awful! The pizza was like cardboard! Not what I would expect from Marcos Pizza, but hey, that’s Tooele, Utah for you! The business owner should be embarrassed! Pizza Lover, Beware!

I had seen the manager advertising on tooele 411 that they have delivery drivers instead of using door dash. I ordered on their website(two hours before my selected time) hoping to support local drivers. Apparently they will give door dash your order without your consent. When I received my order update it took me to door dashes website. I called the store asking why I'm going through door dash and why is my order going to be 30 minutes late. They responded that when they get very busy they will order door dash to keep on schedule. I did NOT authorize door dash to bring my food instead of Marcos. My food was almost an hour late and cold. I talked to the team lead who says they tried to get me a credit but kept getting hung up on. They said their manager would handle everything and let me know. I haven't heard anything. Do not order pizza from here. Rather go to little Ceasars than this establishment.

I was doing a online order the website told us to call Marcos pizza and we did then they transferred us to talk to another person instore then they hung up on us 3 times in a row we finally after 3 calls was able to place the order this is very unacceptable for such an establishment especially after we order and spend a lot of money here every week
