These guys went above and beyond, even though they didn’t have to (make a new pizza) To make sure that I was satisfied with my order. They wanted to make sure I had the total Marco‘s pizza experience which included trying some new sauces and The manager in charge was quick about prioritizing making the new pizza to replace the original make that wasn’t quite what I ordered. The interesting caveat here was I still got to keep The original pizza! 5star - Customers for life

This place can’t make pizza dough take a look at attached pictures. Why is it bubbling up like that? Not only that but also burnt. Go across the street to united slice they know how to make pizza.

I had a large order to pick up early this week. Faith and Brandon acted like I was their favorite customer! I know what great customer service looks like and they were the perfect example of just that! Not only did they bend over backwards to make sure I was taken care of, the food was hot and delicious. Well done, team!
Good pizza. The employees were absolutely rocking it. Great job there. Asked for square cut and didn’t get it. But that didn’t Matter. Great attitudes in the kitchen.

My group called a month ago about catering and was advised to call back the day before. Did that Monday. When I went to catering I got in a loop and couldn't get out. Called 5600 and they told me I could order everything separate and couldn't guarantee catering price. Damn i would have to pay double to get the same amount. Called Tooele Marco's and talked to Kathy the GM. After telling her my predicament she investigated and found out catering button was dismantled. She fixed my order anyway and gave me the price we were quoted. She was awesome. I will recommend Marco's to everyone in Tooele maybe nit Salt Lake. Thank you again Kathy!

I will NEVER order a pizza through Marcos in Tooele, Utah again, and if I were you, I wouldn’t either! I called to place a delivery order. Real simple: 1 large pizza. The employees there have no training. Couldn’t get my address correct. I had to repeat my address 5 times and they still couldn’t get it right. The driver called saying: “I can’t find the address”! This shouldn’t be so hard. And then I get the pizza, and it’s awful! The pizza was like cardboard! Not what I would expect from Marcos Pizza, but hey, that’s Tooele, Utah for you! The business owner should be embarrassed! Pizza Lover, Beware!
