They use drive through parking spots to delay delivering your order by ridiculous amounts while dozens of cars behind you get their food. I ordered a double cheeseburger and they parked me for 15min before bringing it out while dozens of cars behind me ordered, paid, and got their food and left. JUST A DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER.

Made an order through the app we got there and then after getting the receipt we were told to pull forward. At the second window we were told to pull to the third window. After 25 minutes and 6 other vehicles getting their food first we received our food. They had put all of the food in one bag so all the burgers were smashed. The nuggets were lukewarm and the fish filets were cold.

I ordered a spicy and fries. I was in the drive thru line for about 15 minutes. They didn’t even put lettuce on my sandwich. I’ve worked fast food, I know it’s not that hard.

Ok I’m a McDonald’s lover but this experience was not great. First time at this location, had a mobile order, waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru line. When I drive by other times the line is also wrapped around the building so maybe they’re short staffed. They forgot an item in my order but by the time I noticed I wasn’t going back. Also pictured here is the kids meal drink they gave me, it was almost half empty! Weird.
