Two visits in a row I’ve order a Two Entree Plate and received just one entree in the box. They push you down to the register so fast that you just trust that they put both of your proteins in your container. Then when you get home you have a disappointing half full container. I guess I’ll be checking before I leave going forward.

We stopped by today on a super busy night. India and Alissa as well as everyone else on the floor was quick and efficient. They still managed to be friendly and helpful even with several disrespectful customers ahead of us. We got through the line in no time and the food was delicious!
Put in a big order and the staff was kind, attentive to my online order and were quick to resolve my questions! S/o the manager Kevin and his staff for making it a smooth experience!!

I love going to Panda Express. Even when they are busy you get your food pretty fast.
Super fresh food. The manager Lupe took my wife's plate back and gave more because she said it wasn't enough. I'm big on portion sizes. Also the price is reasonable. Well managed location. Good service from other employees too. Good place to eat!

We normally love Panda and come often as it is one of my wifes favorite places to eat. However, this is the second time we have had a horrible experience in Tooele. The last 2 times we have come to eat, there is no food in the case. Today we arrived at 9:15, 45 minutes before close and staff was cleaning up and breaking down equipment. We were rudely told we could wait 10 minutes while they cooked food. The last visit (mid-day on Saturday) it took 20 minutes to get our food. This time, the couple directly behind us were given free food & drinks for their wait... but not us. They paid half what we did with comparable orders. Both times, the employee, Mery, was put out serving us. Shame on Mery, management, and the staff at the Tooele Panda Express. It is a sad day when your customers are an inconvenience. If you are open until 10, then be open and ready to serve customers. I do NOT see myself coming back in the near future, if at all.
