This store has just been slammed with too many orders. When you pick up food you will literally stand there awkwardly for 20 minutes with door dashers waiting for orders. There is no 2nd line for pickups and nowhere to stand. The regular line for on the spot orders is out the door. It takes so long and food is never ready when the app says. I love panda but they either need a bigger restaurant, to take less doordash orders per hour, or hire more help.

Overall, the experience was just okay. I walked in and went up to the counter, and only one person greeted me, even though it was a slow day. The manager also saw me but didn’t acknowledge me. I think they could definitely improve their hospitality.
The atmosphere was clean overall, but the service and food were disappointing. The food felt like it had been sitting out for a long time and didn’t seem fresh. It appeared that items were kept in the warmer until they ran out, rather than being replaced on time.
They could improve their food quality control and customer service.

Mixed up orders after having to wait 20 minutes for them to finish my order instead of finishing our order they took more orders snd skipped over our order repeatedly and food ended up being a completely different order on top of being cold after we left

Its fast food, they have a great production line method so food tends to be consistent and if you get the app, you can get some good discounts for repeat business. The one in Tooele tends to be busy but good staff and if you have a small issue they seem to always fix it. We tend to be basic and go for the orange chicken or teriyaki chicken.
The broccoli needs to be cooked about 90 seconds longer. Felt like eating raw broccoli . All the other dishes were great. Other than we stay away from the Teriyaki chicken..the thighs they use are just grossly gristle-y. This seems to be common with all the locations we've been to in Utah and Arizona.
