I came here for carry out on personal pan pizzas. They were awesome and the pizzas were delicious. This is the best pizza place in Tooele. I really love Pizza Hut and I highly suggest that you come here. I like to come and dine in, it's not crowded and it's very nice. Try it today.

waited on hold for 4:59 seconds 4 times and they hung up on me that’s 20 minutes spend trying to place an order • I made a special request for extra Alfredo sauce and was happy to pay any upcharge to receive the driest noodles I’ve ever had • my cheesy Alfredo is 10$ and some change the tin was less then half full. That is half as much food as advertised for the full price • before payment I asked twice if they were able to fulfill my special request of Alfredo she said yes and I got home and if was not -when I called to address the issue the lady who answered the phone claimed to be the general manager but laughed at me on the phone was mumbling and snickering to someone beside her and was unwilling to assist me in any way

Receved my pizza burnt cold and paper thin I tried calling, emailing, messaging, everything, with no response on what happened. Do not eat here. It's a waste of money. Anywhere else may be a little more to pay but it would be worth it to not eat here

The worst experience in my life. The pizza delivered was inedible. Cold, soggy & disgusting. Tried calling the store and they keep hanging up. Nobody answers. By pressing 0 I got through to the overflow people who just sent me back to the store, which hangs up. I have done this 4 times. I want a refund. I hope nobody goes to the store ever!!! it was awful experience all the way around. Pathetic.

You get delivery. They get your order wrong. And when you try to call them to ask them to make it right. They refuse answer their phones. One star for sure! But maybe that’s typical for these lazy unambitious people that work these type of jobs nowadays 👎🏻

Do not go to this pizza hut. The employee blamed me for her mistake. Not having the dough ready to make pizzas. Then blamed me that I ordered too early in the morning. even though they opened at 10am and my order was at 1025. it was supposed to be done by 1055, got there 11am. then got my order wrong so she had to make the right order. but left the correct portion of the pizza out in the open to get cold. so I then I went around the table to put the pizza in the warmer so it wouldn't get cold. she got mad and said, if you asked me, I would have put it in the warmer. I told her that putting it in the warmer should have been a given. then when she got me the correct order.She still blamed me for ordering two early in the morning. this was when I got really upset and told her you open at 10 you should have your dough ready at 10. I did not get my order until 1145. funny part is the group people I bought the pizza for had two people that had worked for that pizza hut one currently working for them. both told me that she was lying. either she got there late or she failed to prep the dough as soon as she got there. and that they should have gotten it ready at the time of what the website said.
