Do not go to this pizza hut. The employee blamed me for her mistake. Not having the dough ready to make pizzas. Then blamed me that I ordered too early in the morning. even though they opened at 10am and my order was at 1025. it was supposed to be done by 1055, got there 11am. then got my order wrong so she had to make the right order. but left the correct portion of the pizza out in the open to get cold. so I then I went around the table to put the pizza in the warmer so it wouldn't get cold. she got mad and said, if you asked me, I would have put it in the warmer. I told her that putting it in the warmer should have been a given. then when she got me the correct order.She still blamed me for ordering two early in the morning. this was when I got really upset and told her you open at 10 you should have your dough ready at 10. I did not get my order until 1145. funny part is the group people I bought the pizza for had two people that had worked for that pizza hut one currently working for them. both told me that she was lying. either she got there late or she failed to prep the dough as soon as she got there. and that they should have gotten it ready at the time of what the website said.

I ordered a the family box at 7:24 pm and and it took them over an hour and half finally got my order delivered at 8:50 pm food was cold i called twice told to hang one on one call then waiting for 15 minutes before I hung up and called again and got told they will look up my details of my order and then hung up..... Went to the store in person after I got hung up on and got told they couldn't issues a refund until the end of the night because it was a delivery and not a in store pick up .....

They're not very generous with the toppings I purchased a large double pepperoni and had only two pepperoni on a few pieces and the rest had 5 are less

I placed an order through the app for delivery. The delivery was handled by DoorDash. However, my order was delivered to the wrong house. When I called Pizza Hut, they told me they could only offer store credit or remake the order. I asked them to remake the order, but they informed me they didn’t have the necessary ingredients to do so. I then requested store credit. My order totaled $39.30, in addition to the points I used for some cheese sticks.
They told me they could not give me more than $40 in credit, and they couldn’t return my points either, so I practically lost them.
When I asked how I would know I had store credit (such as through an email or text), they said they don’t send anything. I would just have to use my phone number, and apparently, the store would recognize the credit when I use it.
In conclusion, I lost about $47 (between the pizza and my points). I have no assurance that I have the credit, and worst of all, we ended up hungry.
