Our food was given 2 hours later after the order. It was delivered two hours later and served cold. Drove by the store they stated busy but not one car insight called the store phone rang busy and then hung up on 4 different time. Not sure what is going on with this store compare to others or if it is certain days but this is crazy that the tooele county food services is going downhill.

Great job from the Pizza Hut Peoples, everyone was friendly especially Kayden and Z! They apologized for things that weren’t even they’re fault such as a door dash driver trying to talk over me while I was ordering, a little pricey but what place isn’t anymore and it isn’t the employees fault, all in all I wish I started going back to Pizza Hut awhile ago and I will be back soon! #Youcantoutpizzathehut

Waited an hour for our food to be delivered. When I called them to check on the status of it, they told me it would be another hour before I would get my food because there was a problem with the delivery fee and that’s why they hadn’t even started preparing my food (which it did not bring up a delivery fee on my end when ordering online. So they were trying to add an additional fee on top of the others that I had already paid for. And yes, there was money on my card.) I asked them if they were going to call me or email me about the problem and the guy says “oh I’m sorry, we don’t do that. But we can get your order out to you in the next 45-50 minutes if you’d like to take care of that now.” I told them to cancel the order and give me a refund. We will see if I actually get that back.

I recently had a craving for pizza ? I love it, one of my favorites, whether as a main entré or a snak. Since pizza hut is close to my house I decided to order on the app. I saw what seemed like a great deal, $12 for a LG 2X pep. I snagged it right away, only to be disappointed even faster. It was smaller than a MD and thinner than saltine cracker. It was eatible, but it didn't come close to satisfying my craving. Thank goodness for pizza pizza!

I did the fun Read it program for my three kids! We went and got their personal pizzas today. They were ready and waiting. They all looked delicious with plenty of ingredients. Even my older kids commented saying “these look good”! So appreciative of a fun program for kids and to encourage reading!

Hey cats and kittens, let me tell you about our swell trip to the Tooele Pizza Hut, the only sit-down joint of its kind in Utah! We drove all the way from Orem, and boy, was it worth the trip!
From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like big wheels. Their customer service was the bee's knees, making us feel right at home.
We ordered an XL New York-style pizza, and man, it was a real doozy! That pie had plenty of pep and was more than enough to feed the whole family.
If you're looking for a top-notch pizza experience, this is the place to be. It was a real gas, and we'll definitely be back!

Very disappointing service. Ordered, paid, waited forever. Watched another patron getting waited on hand and foot, only to find out it was an employees family. We had a guy come out repeatedly to ask us what our order was. The employees family got their meal all at once where ours came out randomly and out of order....who wants to eat a salad AFTER pizza?? 45 minutes later and we are STILL waiting for our salads, got the pizza though. Asked for napkins, got 2. Had to ask for our drinks after 30 minutes of waiting. Will probably never come back to this location. Only good part was at least when they remembered we were here, the food came out hot.
