Ordered three personal pan pizzas and two (a cheese and a pepperoni) came as just a slice off of a bigger pizza. I called the restaurant several times and was told I would be connected to the manager and was disconnected every time. This is unacceptable for a $45 bill… will not be back and will not recommend

The manager named Z is amazing. We had some confusion with my credit card payment so I came in to get it figured out, honestly I thought it was going to be a negative situation but I was way wrong... The manager Z took care of me 100% with no issues or negativity. Definitely 5⭐ service .Parking: AwesomeKid-friendliness: Awesome

Bought 60 bucks worth of pizza. Had missing items and called pizzahut and they said they would have a delivery driver bring the rest of the food. After an hour waiting we called back and they said the driver refused to come back. We asked for a supervisor and the response was "They will get back to you when they can" WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I work customer service and this was absolutely awful. Don't waste your money! Go to freaking domino's you get treated better.

My husband went to pick up our online order. They could not find the pizzas though they had been made...He ended up waiting over an hour for the replacement to be made. We won't be eating there again.

Been sitting here for an hour after ordering. No drinks, no food. Kids starving. Employees busy but nowhere to be found. This is absolutely insane.Went and asked for our food or a refund and they had just pulled our food out of the oven. 4 pizzas had been merged into 1 large pizza. No plates given. (Asked for them but never came back) We ate off napkins. No salad or breadsticks ever came. (Asked for a refund but it never happened) We are still owed our money back but just left after the worst dinning experience of our lives.Clearly a management problem. Need more employees badly. Will never return.

Unfortunately I didn't get to taste the food, which I love pizza hut. The guy at the cashier was so so rude we told him we were dinning in and he said ok go sit down wherever you're going to eat (it was 4 of us). We sat for about 10 minutes and people came in and out and I finally said excuse me do we have to get in line or do we wait for someone to come to our table. He rudely answered you have to get in line and I responded well you didn't say that! He said yeah I did, I said pick a table and then come back in line! So we just walked out. Sorry pizza hut I won't bee going to you anymore in Tooele due to your rude employee.

Food was well below quality standards. We ordered mini cinnamon rolls. They were burnt, had hardly any icing and were inedible.The pizza was not what I ordered.Delivery instructions were ignored.
Way to overprice your pizzaServices bad because you couldn't even get back to me from a piece of paper. I needed to be signed. And that's all?
