The staff here is so amazing!!! I did not get her name but the girl who was working at 1:50pm on 10/24 is absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to help me. I had accidentally put my mobile order pick up time an hour earlier. When I came in 40 minutes past the pickup time she offered to make me new smoothies because my original order ended up sitting out for 40 minutes. She is very professional and seriously I am so appreciative of her great customer service and going above and beyond even though it was my mistake!

I love coming to Roxberry! Great flavors and staff. Only reason it’s three stars is due to the lids on the cups. Those bad boys do not want to stay on and will spill your drink. If I didn’t want half my drink I would have gotten a smaller size

Revisiting this place after literally 7 years, and I'm very impressed! I got a couple smoothies, the staff were very kind and fast! The smoothies were refreshing and tasty. They're a bit pricey, but you pay for quality, I suppose. Would recommend!

I love the smoothies here and the service has always been great. Today I was served by a really sweet young lady who enthusiastically answered my questions and told me about their new products. I could tell she really loves her job and that says a lot about a place. When I had to go back in to get napkins because I had a spill in my car she even offered to remake my smoothie for me. The Tooele Roxberry will definitely continue to have my business.

I told them not to add something to my smoothie, they asked if it was because I was allergic. I told them I was not allergic. I just didn't like the flavor of the fruit. but while they were making it, they told each other to add it anyway. Since I wasn't allergic, it wouldn't matter and it would be easier to add it anyway.
You changed how the dominator bowl is made. It is not good anymore Not enough peanut butter Consistency is off, it is not as smooth Weird white substance not mixed in(see pic) Even trying to mix it in you just find more of it Please change it back to what it was. I’d like a refund
