Not only is the quality and taste the worst of the coffee shops in Tooele, but they donāt even know how to make a drink. My blended Frappuccino came as a hot drink for some reason, and then when I called to ask they just acted like I was dumb. The coffee shop, and Oquirrh Brew both in Tooele are way better. Also jannas and barnyard coffee too. Basically every coffee place is better.

Went in tonight about 500 pm on a thursday night and we don't go to startbucks but saw a drink and thought why not the help was rude because my sister was paying after we were done the girl was speaking horrible about her while we sat there sad face š won't be back but the drink was great the service sucked

There were a few of us in the sitting area and didnāt realize they were closing soon. One of the baristas in glasses rudely hollered across the room āDo you need anything else before we close?ā I apologized and asked what time they closed. She said āIn one minuteā then walked away to her colleagues and they all laughed.
There is a much better way to approach customers to let them know youāre closing. Iām sure baristas wouldnāt appreciate it if customers returned that same energy. (;

My son loves the pink drink went through the drive up got his drink and it was all ice I thought they would have a set mixer for each size I was not happy there drinks are not cheap then another time we went in a lady with dark hair and glasses had no service skills maybe some retraining might help

Itās very disappointing to have chunky matcha almost every time I order it. I always go again and give it another chance and still get a crappy drink. Itās a waste of money. It never used to be like this a couple months ago now it is consistently bad. I donāt get how they can look at it see all the chunks and still think itās okay to serve.
