I was at the drive up and was told I couldn't use my gift card without downloading it on the app. I told the girl at the window that I don't use the app and I used the gift card the day before at the window. She said sorry very rudely and said guess you'll have to use a different pay method. She said you can pull around and download the app and go inside to get my order. Thankfully we have a new Starbucks in Tooele in Smiths because I drove away and used my gift card there. I will never go back to this one.

Not only is the quality and taste the worst of the coffee shops in Tooele, but they don’t even know how to make a drink. My blended Frappuccino came as a hot drink for some reason, and then when I called to ask they just acted like I was dumb. The coffee shop, and Oquirrh Brew both in Tooele are way better. Also jannas and barnyard coffee too. Basically every coffee place is better.

Went in tonight about 500 pm on a thursday night and we don't go to startbucks but saw a drink and thought why not the help was rude because my sister was paying after we were done the girl was speaking horrible about her while we sat there sad face 😞 won't be back but the drink was great the service sucked
There were a few of us in the sitting area and didn’t realize they were closing soon. One of the baristas in glasses rudely hollered across the room “Do you need anything else before we close?” I apologized and asked what time they closed. She said “In one minute” then walked away to her colleagues and they all laughed.
There is a much better way to approach customers to let them know you’re closing. I’m sure baristas wouldn’t appreciate it if customers returned that same energy. (;
