My order was wrong, when I called to try and get a refund the kids working were completely disrespectful. Refused to give me the manager information and then hung up on me.

The lettuce was a bit wilted and they weren't as generous with toppings as other subways. Overall a good experience though. Nice staff.

No mobile order area for sandwiches in the store and curbside doesn’t usually work. Which makes it a pain if there is a huge line inside.

Every time I go to this subway I end up waiting 20-30 mins even when I do a pick up order. They need to fire the current slow staff or figure out a better way to make sandwiches on time and faster.
I don’t think it’s much to ask for a order to be ready on time and not have to wait 30 mins for cold sandwiches that you asked for toasted.

Everytime I come into this specific subway i’m always greeted by a dirty look and really bad angry and aggressive service. This service comes from one specific employee named Michelle, she makes everyone feel like an issue for just coming in. Today specifically she just straight up offended my boyfriend and I, complaining about the extra meat that we ordered to our face saying nasty things to her other coworkers and to herself. I understand people can have bad days but it certainly does not mean you can be beyond disrespectful, let alone for it to be continuously happening, she clearly doesn’t seem to be happy to work and serve there so why is she?? It wasn’t busy either, we were the only ones there with one person coming in behind us.

The food was great. The old lady that made my sandwich was rude and has no customer service. She is blunt with her words. Just the wrong person to have work with customers. I have been there a lot she has never helped me but I thought she was a clean up person at that time.
She has no customer service shills whatsoever. If you can get the chip off her shoulder she might do ok.

My husband waited 30 minutes in the drive through and they completely screwed up 2 out of 4 of our sandwiches. Like not even a little bit close to what we ordered.

Although the teamwork at this store is lacking (which seems to be the norm here), fortunately Sophia was there to bust out some really tasty sandwiches for me. Food great. Store and team, lacking. I had to wait additional time from when my online order was placed, and stated to be ready. Thanks for your hard work Sophia!!

This particular Subway; is literal TRASH! You pay extra for things and they don’t even do it. Then, you put specific things onto your sandwich while ordering on the app and even then, the lack of brain cells in this place, prevents anyone from making it correctly stilllllll!!! Like, does anyone that works here, even know how to read?? Let’s not even get into the fact that I ordered ahead and still sat there waiting, for 20 minutes and NONE of the workers, were polite, friendly etc. every single one of them, looked like they couldn’t be bothered - GET NEW JOBS THAN!!

At this point, I’d have better luck driving into a Subway in Salt Lake County or just go to Jimmy John’s and avoid the hassle entirely!

Y’all really need to step up your game and genuinely, GET SOME NEW EMPLOYEES!!

The food here is fine. It’s subway. It’s On par with any other subway.

Here’s where you might want to stay away.

The employee’s at this subway in particular are not careful about cross contamination. Some of them don’t change gloves between sandwiches. Some of them use the same knife to close every sandwich

I’m severely allergic to dairy. I’m anaphylactic if I have enough of it. Which means enough dairy ingested can make my throat close.

I went in today and explained to the lady at the counter my allergy. She seemed frankly, unconcerned. I explained that using the same knife from sandwich to sandwich is dangerous. She did not seem to care.

People sometimes ask me why I don’t just skip eating out if it’s such a big risk. I don’t feel like I should bar myself from enjoyment simply because other people are too incompetent to take simple precautions .

If an owner or anyone who runs restaurants see’s this, please train and teach your employee’s the importance of avoiding cross contamination. It’s so simple but so important.
