Wow !!!!!!!! How do you screw up a Subway sandwich??? Go to the store in Walmart, and they'll show you how. My husband went to the store around 4:00 today to order two turkey sandwiches. When he brought them home, I opened one of them up, and there wasn't anything in it. When I layed it out, there was one piece if turkey, two pieces of cheese, three slivers of tomato and a ton of chipotle sauce. Really????? Its a sandwich, and you cant get that right? I'm so happy that Tooele will be getting a ton of new places to eat in the near future. Businesses like yours won't survive unless you learn to step up your game.

Customer service was horrible. The staff was upset as soon as I said I’d like to get 5 sandwiches. The worst was the girl who ran to the back, after yelling because I had to keep repeating myself to the guy who couldn’t hear me. The girls at the counter said her name was Sara. Really bad customer service. Feedback: Please increase wages to get quality customer service, it’ll go a long way.

I’m extremely shocked and surprised by the behavior of the owner of this location. I’m not sure if she’s dealing with personal issues, but the way she acted was far from normal. I came in with a $100 gift card, which I purchased through my bank by redeeming points, and tried to use it here. Instead of helping me or offering a solution, she started yelling at me in front of other customers and told me to get out of her store. Absolutely unbelievable. 🤯😅

So went into the Walmart Subway in Tooele. I ordered The meal deal of the day which was the ultimate BMT with a small drink, bag of chips or 2 cookies for $6.99 add $3.00 extra to make it a foot long. That should of made it $9.99 +tax When ringing me up for a BMT sub for $10.29 A fresh value meal for $3.20 + tax $1.08 total $14.57 which is about $3.00 more than I was expecting . When I asked about chips and drink was included he said it was and charged me for it.

I shouldn't have tipped when I got there they hadn't made the sandwich and said it would be 2 hours to make the bread that was in the proofer I know that was an overexaggeration I've worked in sub shops and despite ordering extra ingredients they put the Standart im really mad because I wasted an extra 5 bucks and overall didn't even get the standard don't go here unless you want to be severely disappointed

Staff was extremely rude. I wanted my sub toasted with just the cheese. But Maria kept asking me what vegetables on it. I kept saying toasted first and she kept asking what vegetables. I eventually raised my voice and said I just want it toasted and she rolled her eyes and threw it in there. She took it out and asked what vegetables. I ordered and she threw it back in the toaster and burned my sub. Then they cut the other sub I ordered so that the bottom piece of the bread was hanging off. I would love to see Maria fired and I would honestly rather go anywhere else.

Every single time I’ve come here they have always had some lame excuse as to why they can’t serve us. Why are you even in business? Last time it was because the food was too hot…? There is always just one person working. Place needs better management, trash. Don’t even waste your time walking in.

We ordered from the drive through on main street. It was difficult to order from the kiosk and when we got home none of the toppings we ordered were on our sandwiches they had only the meat and bread. We also ordered churros they were old and stale completely inedible. When we tried to call about the order no one answered the phone. It was an absolutely horrible experience and we will never go back to that store again.
Parking: I am handicapped and there is no handicapped parking. That's why I went through the drive thru. Big mistake!!!

1st off very slow service 2nd can you please train your people to build a nice sandwich I had to argue with an employee to get lettuce on my blt it's a 3 ingredient sandwich I shouldn't have to tell the kid to put more than 2 pieces on at a time so I gave up I will never come back to this location. No wonder why every business is struggling they have no inner value
