Edit 2025: This location does not allow app ordering and my last visit 4 cars in the drive through took 29 minutes. I want to support you. Why is this location so problematic?
The last 3 visits in a row I have been given the wrong food with my order and the staff has seemed really impatient. I will avoid this place in the future. Edit 7-2016 Messed up my order once again. I will continue to update as they keep screwing up.

I have gave the Tooele Taco Bell multiple chances. Generally I understand tired workers or something going wrong in the kitchen, but they mess up everytime I re visit. This isn’t towards all employees. The same girl at the drive thru is there everytime, and she is flat out rude. Rushes me through my order. Seems angry I am even there. 0 efforts in customer service. THAT IS HER JOB. I never say anything. In fact this is my first review. I love Taco Bell, but I wish they would do better. They charged us incorrectly. We drove all the way home, and my order was wrong and they forgot multiple things. When I called the manager was kind and sorry and gave us a new order for free. The employee herself needs to do better! I don’t have much information on her, but I’m sure I’m not the only customer getting this experience from her. I also had waited very long for my food. When we came back for our new order she gave us dirty looks through the window. Didn’t speak to us at all, and our food took about 30 minutes. A drive though is supposed to be convenient. NOT TO MENTION MY GRILLED CHEESE BURRITOS WERE TINY WITH BARELY ANY MEAT!

You can't even online order at this location. You have to use Doordash which doesn't have all of the menu items. You can't use the app either. The menu inside is super small. The employees mess around and don't listen very well. All the drink options aren't available in the lobby. Like most places in Tooele County, I'd rather drive to Salt Lake even just for Taco Bell. I could online order, drive in there, and get it faster.

unclean, greasy, smells wierd. and food quality is terrible. gave me the smallest amount of meat in my crunchwrap. this item is like 7$ btw. will never come back.
This is the worst Taco Bell in utah no meat cheese or lettuce shell's are always stale every time corporate needs to be notified!!!

Ordered for two. Took 45 minutes, in lobby, to get our food. The lobby was swarming with flies. Employees were just sitting in the office or complaining about work to each other. No updates on the food either. No gloves used in the kitchen. Food was cold. Simply just a poor experience.
