Can't order Taco Bell off the app, so decided to stop in and it took at least 30 minutes to get food. Soda taste weird, best part was the hot sauce packets

Service and staff is so terrible here. Insanely slow, lackadaisical, and apathetic. Not my first time having trouble at this location. This time, ordered pickup and was waiting over 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. When asking about it, just got a "I dunno another 15 minutes l". They should take lessons from Chick-Fil-

Ordered for two. Took 45 minutes, in lobby, to get our food. The lobby was swarming with flies. Employees were just sitting in the office or complaining about work to each other. No updates on the food either. No gloves used in the kitchen. Food was cold. Simply just a poor experience.

They can never get my order right, this is the only location that I have been to that constantly messes up. If you want Taco Bell got to Salt Lake. If you want to waste your money, go to the Tooele location.

This location is usually okay but our food this time was terrible. Everything was falling apart. I got the wrong burrito in the box I ordered. Nothing was warm and the drive through wait was ridiculously long. Super disappointed and hesitant to go back.

The staff all hate each other. Just witnessed them fighting while the lobby was full of customers with incorrect orders. They can't get a basic order correct. Expect to wait in the drive through for at least 30 mins. This is the worst taco bell I've ever been too

There is a racist lady working there, plus another man came teamed up with her, they sent lady to drive me away from the order screen. upper management to address this dangerous thing ASAP. She clearly in the face didn't give me my order because of my look. I even had customer service witness that.

Seriously has gone down hill. I ordered a Catina bowl and I just wanted a meat and cheese burrito and they gave me a burrito with a way over cooked tortilla with nacho cheese and tortilla strips. It was gross!! And the chicken cat is bowl I asked for extra chicken and got 4 very small pieces of chicken. Not worth my money. Will not be going back.

Delivery was fantastic, I ordered 10 soft shelled tacos, 4 steak soft shelled tacos, 4 chicken soft shelled tacos, 2 soft shell taco supremes. All the tacos were underwhelming, not much meat, over loaded with shredded lettuce, only recieved 2 steak soft shelled tacos, got 6 chicken soft shelled tacos. The 10 ground beef tacos were more lettuce than taco. The supreme soft shelled tacos didn't even have sour cream in them honestly couldn't tell the supremes from the regular soft shelled tacos... Sorry but not sorry, I don't need the extra ruffage to pass your food. Good luck taco bell

Waited in the drive thru line, 40 minutes, when I got to the window & asked for a manager Hunter came & was rude , he said he would give me a discount since I asked for one & then took off, very unprofessional , he had a very hateful look in his eyes that was actually scary, the workers were also rude & said they added all the discounts they could , which I found odd if Hunter the "manager" supposedly gave one, a 31.00 total then was 25.00, they proceeded to hand me the wrong food & did not give the 2 large sodas we ordered. The drive thru line should offer an option to be able to drive away if needed , when they have lines with a wait that LONG, I expressed all of this but again Hunter did not seem to care & one of the female workers at the front even gave me a nasty look, I will be contacting Corporate at this point , noone should be treated this way, noone.

waited in the line for 40 minutes, then got to the window and waited 15 more minutes, just for my order to be completely wrong, including the $10 worth of customs on my order not even have been done, -1/10 nowadays, do not recommend
