Came in for dinner last night, this was a last resort kind of deal. I got a crunchwrap supreme and a cheesy gordita crunch. On both of them the hard shells used were stale and just disgusting!!!! Also the ground beef in both were dripping with grease, and what little lettuce was in them both were all soggy!!! The ice machine didn't have ice!!! Also they told me the reason they don't have the Freeze drinks is because they don't have space...ugh!! I love Taco Bell and this was a true let down for the franchise.

As a restaurant manager I can say that this place is literally the worst. People will walk out because the staff does not take there order. No customer service whatsoever. Whoever manages this place needs to do better. No one took our order so we walked out along with several others. Very good location but unfortunately not being managed properly.

So disappointed with customer service, food quality ordered mexican pizza i don’t know why they were hurry didn’t even heat it up properly cheese wasn’t even started melting and beef was cold 🥶 inside and cantina bowl chicken rice was cold and looked so old they don’t care about customer is in front they wanna end there conversation first and then take a customer never coming back here

I read the reviews before going here and was timid upon going. Glad I did, yea the food took a little longer to make, but was honestly the best Taco Bell I’ve had in a while. Got some stackers and some modified tacos. And yes the price is a little higher but that’s not the Taco Bell’s fault. I actually asked about the higher prices and they told me it’s due to the the TA (travel center of America) that hikes up the prices to get their cut. Don’t let the reviews deter you from gettin ya Bell on. But yea, expect to wait 10-15 mins and pay a few extra dollars. Not the end of the world y’all. The Tacos were delicious and packed!
Parking: Plenty of space for big rigs.

There is never a reason to be doing "maintenance" during lunch hours. This location is closed because the employees are cleaning instead of cooking. Same with the "Burger King" next to it that can't cook burgers today and can only do fried foods. Idiots should do their maintenance duties during the overnight hours so they can sell food when truckers are hungry.

Why in the world has nobody bothered to train these guys how to make new menu items? The cantina chicken tacos have been out for a while now and these guys aren't making them anything like the other taco bells. No cheese on the toasted on the tortilla, they're putting that nasty avocado stuff all over them instead of on the side like everywhere else and they didn't have it on their computer, they had to manually put everything in which I'm sure has a lot to do with the confusion. Of you're going to overcharge everyone for coming here then at least make the food right!
