This taco bell has been the most frustrating experience. They can’t staff this to save their lives. Walk in to find a “we will be back “ sign that says 11-AM… it’s 12:15. Checked the business hours they posted on the register. Yup, they’re supposed to be open. NOPE, randomly closed on a day where Taco Bell sounded somewhat decent. The meals here are triple of what they are at any other Taco bell. I'd rather drive half an hour into Tooele to know that they will be open, and their prices are better than this Taco Bell.

The food is okay, service is not. I ordered 2 combos and I asked if I could size up the drink to medium and they said that was not an option when the menu literally says you can size up your drink…I also had a $40 order and the lady would not accept my $100 bill.

Don’t even come to this crappy Taco Bell. I love Taco Bell and this Taco Bell is TERRIBLE! They are INSANELY overpricing their items here. 2 grilled cheese burritos cost me $18!!!! Actually wild. And to make things worse they don’t even let you use rewards or get reward points here. Never coming back. Scummy owners

5/12/25 I was a bit nervous seeing so many 1-star reviews but I'm a big fan of taco bell and I figured I should try for myself and see how it goes. The young woman at the register was very friendly I got a discovery luxe box and a beef crunch wrap cost $16.33 I don't believe that's any more expensive than a normal taco bell but I haven't actually compared them directly so take that with a grain of salt. The food came out in 7 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got it in my hand so very quick. The food tastes like every other taco bell I've been to. Nothing seems to have gone bad like some other reviews have mentioned. I got everything I ordered without issue. The gentleman who made my crunch wrap noticed the wrapper he put it in originally was ripped so he put it into a non ripped wrapper before giving it to me which is a small detail but I noticed it and appreciate it. Overall this location I wouldn't say is any better or worse than any normal taco bell location it's just taco bell and hopefully some of the other reviews are exaggerating or I just got lucky.

I never got the chance to taste the food because they SUPPOSEDLY ran out of beef. They said they only had enough beef for the order before me.
It just seems weird that as soon as they got more customers walking through the door, they told the cashier they ran out of beef. She didn’t seem in shock.

So tired of them price gouging at the TA's so ridiculous! Some of the items are marked up over 200% the regular price at any other taco bell. It's straight up BS. I refuse to pay those prices. I truly hope this place goes out of business. As a trucker this kind of crap makes me stay away from TA's

So mad at myself for not reading the reviews. Gave my order, corrected it when he read it back to me, still got it wrong! Paid way over price for food my husband or I won't even eat! Ordered 4 soft tacos, a bean burrito with no onions add extra cheese, and 1 taco supreme. We got 4 taco supreme, 1 burrito supreme and 1 burrito supreme with extra cheese. Either the man is trying to read lips or their screens are unreadable to get it so wrong!! Taco Bell, what are you thinking? Fix this location! They're so many complaints and y'all do nothing to fix it! Will not stop at this place on our way through again! Once is all it takes for me! My money is too precious to waste! 30.07 for 6 items! Shameful!!

Came in for dinner last night, this was a last resort kind of deal. I got a crunchwrap supreme and a cheesy gordita crunch. On both of them the hard shells used were stale and just disgusting!!!! Also the ground beef in both were dripping with grease, and what little lettuce was in them both were all soggy!!! The ice machine didn't have ice!!! Also they told me the reason they don't have the Freeze drinks is because they don't have space...ugh!! I love Taco Bell and this was a true let down for the franchise.
