Wpuld put a negative if i could. The got my burgers wrong not once but twice! There was so much salt in the beans that burns your tounge!

First off, let me say that I love Del Taco and I will always love Del Taco. I grew up in Irvine, CA where Del Taco's HQ is and I grew up claiming on every hill as a kid standing tall with the viewpoint that Del Taco was better than Taco Bell in every way. In addition, let me say that in the earlier years of my career I worked in the restaurant business for years working all the way from guest service agent, host, customer service agent or whatever you want to call it all the way to running a restaurant in management. I will also add that I moved to Utah and now reside locally in Tooele County so I have frequented this store many many times. With all that, *I will never return to this location* In the beginning, I thought it was me. I have a family that also loves Del Taco so we get large orders of maybe 8-12 items. With those orders, maybe 1 or 2 things were missing. So, what did I do? I ordered less. Because life happens in the food industry; So, I get it. Now let's say now I ordered 6-8 items and maybe only one item was missing or maybe it wasn't the greatest quality. I moved on. I love Del Taco and it didn't bother me, because I was getting mostly what I ordered at least. Today, was actually a special day. Long story short, my wife and I have a close relationship with Del Taco symbolically as when we couldn't afford anything, we had something to eat at least. We were going to celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary with Del Taco. Today, I ordered 6 items. Firstly, it was odd that the order wasn't read back to me, but I thought nothing of it. Then I paid, received my food and went home. *100% of the order was wrong.* All of it. Nothing was correct. In fact only 2 items were even the correct protein. I don't know if this location needs a complete overhaul or new management, but it's an absolute disaster. I am disappointed, angry and honestly a little heartbroken. Now it will have to be an extra trip to get Del Taco, not just something Daddy can bring home after work.

I ordered a #1.. standard 2 taco meal. Menu price is around $8. For some reason I was charged more than $11. Was not given a receipt (wasn’t even asked if I wanted one). Got my meal and discovered my tacos had refried beans instead of beef. What the? The whole time I’m eating, the employees behind the counter are singing and goofing off like it’s a party. Where is the manager? Maybe these kids could get my order right if they weren’t so busy laughing and partying. This makes me hesitant to come here again, which is disappointing because I really like this place. 3/31/23 ~ 7:30 PM.

I got 4 shredded beef tacos and they were pretty good just wish they had more toppings to go on them. I'm allergic to cilantro and my only option for toppings was sour cream. Went home put my own stuff on them.
