I just bought a crisp chicken burrito and they couldn't even give me ranch to dip it in. Taco time is already so expensive and they can't even give you ranch to dip it in. I asked for it through the drive thru they said yes didn't give it to me then I had to go to ask for it. That's when they told me they were going to charge me for it.

Besides for the terrible customer service while picking up my order, I get home and find that they forgot to put cheese on my sons quesadilla, they had folded over a plain tortilla and toasted it and put it in the bag. I understand making mistakes, but that’s a lot of effort to put into something that was missing one of the only two things a quesadilla consists of.

I paid for 6 burritos and only got 4. I realized I should have checked but they closed as I got home so it couldn’t be remedied anyhow.
Unfortunately, this taco bell just can't figure out how a fryer works. Last time I ordered all my crispy burritos were burnt, this time they were soggy and cold.

Absolutely the worst taco's I've ever had. I didn't know that you could dump that much grease on each taco and still be within the food handlers guidelines. There was literally a tablespoon of grease in the bottom of each taco wrapper and the meat was saturated as well. I was starving so I ate one anyway and threw the rest away. I won't be goin g back!
