This is worst taco place in USA,charged 35 $ for 2 orders and they came wrong,tasteless and cardboard like,if i was eating a rotten shoe from a dumpster it would have a more flavor.

Ordered door dash for the Wife and I after work. On the order it was (2) ranchero medium combos. And when I received the SEALED order it only had (1) order inside. It sucks people that work can’t do basic orders and do their job and verify the order. Again can’t get mad at DoorDash since the bag is sealed.

There was a very very very long wait. But the worst part was the chicken??? in the grilled chicken sandwich. I couldn't finish it. Damn near puked. I will never, ever go there again. The girl at t g e window was pretty nice so that was okay.

The tacos were very small not crispy oil soaked I was hoping for a better taco for the price on a Tuesday there was no cheese and lettuce very disappointed with the quality of food

Chicken quesadilla was not as good as it usually is and service wasn’t great
They ran out of ground beef and the chicken in the tacos was not a great substitute.

Absolutely baffled by the fact that this location doesn't open until 10 a.m. Their best food is breakfast and now you just can't go here for breakfast. Complete waste.

I just bought a crisp chicken burrito and they couldn't even give me ranch to dip it in. Taco time is already so expensive and they can't even give you ranch to dip it in. I asked for it through the drive thru they said yes didn't give it to me then I had to go to ask for it. That's when they told me they were going to charge me for it.

Besides for the terrible customer service while picking up my order, I get home and find that they forgot to put cheese on my sons quesadilla, they had folded over a plain tortilla and toasted it and put it in the bag. I understand making mistakes, but that’s a lot of effort to put into something that was missing one of the only two things a quesadilla consists of.
