I used to LOVE going here. I went more recently having not been in a while. I ordered my usual drink, and was surprised at the price. The drink I ordered was listed around $4.00. I paid around $8.00 (a little more). I asked why, and was told it was because I substituted the milk and got an extra flavoring. That still didn’t make sense to me. I asked for the receipt, and saw that the base price wasn’t what was listed on the menu (physical and online). I asked them - as well as the owner - why they did not list their current prices and if the raise was listed anywhere. It was - is - not. They told me that I am always welcome to ask any questions. The issue is - that is false advertisement and as a customer I should not need to wonder whether or not prices listed for goods or services are accurate. I was told “Well, the menu is 13 years old.” That doesn’t matter to me. That doesn’t give me insight into the prices being different. I was told that they were actively updating the menu, but it is not being advertised. I think this is wrong, and do not appreciate how the situation was handled. I even asked for the contact information of the owner to converse more on the matter, and was not given contact information for them. I would NOT recommend going. The customer service is poor, and the owner is unreachable.

In response to their response: I find it interesting that you did not think to at least add a piece of paper taped to your physical menu - or add a note to your website - about prices increasing. Many companies and people are being affected by tariffs increasing, and have handled their situations better. I will never go back again, and plan on telling anyone I know to not go to your shop. Your customer service in shop, as well as how you as the owner handled this situation, is poor.

Employees and owner overcharged my daughter because they are in the middle of changing their menu prices and they didn’t even have the professionalism to relay that her $4 drink was now $8. The teenagers working there had the audacity to tell my daughter that she could have asked, as if she should have predicted the price change was happening. When she called the owner she (the owner) said the same thing as if ANYONE would think to ask if the price was different from what’s listed on the menu and their online website. False advertising is FASLE ADVERTISING, PERIOD! No customer would ever think to ask if they had the correct price for anything they are purchasing as if that’s common practice. I don’t know how this shop is still in business with the rudeness and unprofessionalism from the owner and her teenage workers, not to mention the fact that the ‘matcha’ isn’t even real. I will never give my money to this business and will make sure my family and friends in Tooele do not patronize such a PATRONIZING business! Disappointed and disgusted in a small business owner who feels it’s okay to scam her customers out of their hard-earned money.

My wife and I come here a couple of times a week. It is drive through stand although I think there is an option for walk up. I lean towards regular coffee while my wife leans towards various cold/iced drinks.

The only thing of concern is that I heard today that they are supposed to charge more for decaf- which I have to get sometimes. I’ve been paying the same price as for regular. Today they charged me a dollar more. The team member explained that it was because of a different process required. That doesn’t make sense to me but at least the young lady was courteous about it. I will go back. Just not for decaf.

I’ve been going to coffee shop for over a year now, they are awesome and I don’t know what it is about their coffee but no where in tooele has such good coffee like they do! I’ve been to every coffee place out here and every where else has such a weird taste. They are definitely friendly and I highly recommend using them their a little pricey but it’s 💯 percent worth it😁 Iced Caramel macchiato is my number one go to!

Every time I have gone I have received the wrong drink, a drink with curdled milk, or missing the two additions I request. Any time I’ve came, I order a London fog with honey and lavender, or a chai with a double shot. It’s not hard to pump lavender or pour honey, and it’s not hard to add a double shot. I’ve came 5 times over the last year and have truly never been satisfied with my order.

I once even had the owners tell me to take down a negative review I had put after being given a drink with curdled milk. I had tried to call but was hung up on when I explained, and they refused to fix my drink. They eventually messaged me on Facebook and said I was slandering them, and that they would only fix or refund my if I took down my bad review and left a good one.

I ordered the caramel macchiato and it was the best tasting drink I’ve ever had. I normally go to Starbucks and order my caramel macchiato and it always has an odd aftertaste, not this drink, it was so delicious. I highly recommend coming here and support a small business owner.

After being extremely dedicated for over 10 years & $22,000 in caramel Mochiattia blended drinks and buying multiple coffees 7 days a week. I am never going to spend another dime there, Jannas have figured my daily coffee out perfectly fine and they don't refuse to remake a coffee that was mad wrong that tasted like watered down ice. .(... They charged for the bad and a new one which was too much frappe powder, so I'm done .....I. can't believe how rude the new employee ŵas and after working as a server/ bartend for 35 years I know you don't treat regular , or any guest like crap. I'll spen̈d my $ elsewhere

The c o free Shop for over 10 years was my absolute favorite daily treat, I have went there every day 7 days a week for a long long time. The girls were amazing and I really lived that they were the only coffee shop that did my order absolutely perfect for me. Until a few weeks ago my coffee caramel Mochiattia blended with 4 shots of Hot Esspresso was made incorrect and tasted dreadful by s new girl, I asked for a re make and they charged me for both, the next day same thing, so my husband that went to purchase it saidhe was going to call and complain, the manager/ owner told him he could go elsewhere. So my daily 1 to 3 coffees that I purchased for over 10 years which were 6 t o 10 dollars a day with tip faithfully , will now go to JANNAS . I hope that the coffee shop will continue to do well , but I will not nor will my family and friends that I treat to coffee or smoothies ever darken the doors of The Coffee Shop again..... I changed my order a little to make it close yo my coffee shoppe specialty. But after spending over $ 20,000, I refuse to be treated like crap, I worked 35 years in customer service and you always try to make the customer or guest happy, especially a repeat, daily customer.. I have never ever been rude even with so so service, but my husband probably was a bit angry as he left the drive up that last day. The coffee was m ade incorrectly and c tasted like frozen water , but they refused to re make it. Same as the day before , until I agreed to pay for both of them. I'm done....

Me and my have ordered a few random things here and there, course my friend has his favorite coffee, we've sat outside and ordered on the left of the building, and been on the drive-thru on the right.

I like to get their specials every once in awhile,
95% it's spot on great.

Mostly every time we go there it's really good, and perfect on our preferred coffees.
Only had a few times where they messed up but human error is always expected.

But Once it was an upgrade from a
20 to 24 ounce
without an extra cost I believe.

The Coffee Shoppe is the only coffee shop I will go to now. So far I haven't had any issues with anything. I used to go to Starbucks but after a while they would always mess up my order. It was always hurry hurry but with the Coffee Shoppe it's fast but efficient and the people are absolutely fabulous. And always friendly. I go there once a week
