What a terrible experience! We waited for 20 minutes for someone to take our order in the lobby - they clearly care way more about drive-thru orders. When they finally did take our order, we then had to sit at the counter and correct the many errors they made when trying to assemble our order.

Then we found out the drink machine had no carbonation and no ice. There was also no ketchup and no napkins.

The food was good, surprisingly, but the experience is absolutely abysmal.

It was very busy through drive thru and inside. I had ordered on the website & was suppose to pick up my order through drive thru. Cars were wrapped around the building, so I went inside. All the tourists for the temple were here. Although it took a bit to get the order, they were accommodating with my order and worked as quickly as they could to get through the orders. I thought they did great with the pressure. My meal was not picture perfect, but it's still pretty good! The baked potatoes were old but it was around 9pm. ( I added my own fresh chives😂)

Kid-friendliness: They have kid meals, biggie meals and frostys.

Service sucked last night, I went there to get food, and I waited in line for over 40 minutes before I could order something. Someone asked the staff if they were gonna take orders, and they gave an excuse about being behind on door dash orders ,but really they were only worried about drive through. And they had a long line behind me in the lobby of people waiting to order. After about 40 minutes I finally got to order. my food comes out in like 5 minutes but they put mayo on my burger, and I asked them to not put it on, and they didn't bother chopping the bacon on my bacontor frys.
But They need to have some manning the lobby register at all times taking orders. I Understand they were busy, but that's no reason to neglect paying customers And make them wait over a 40 minutes just to order food. It Is supposed to be fast food, not slow food.

Drive through or dine-in, you can fully expect to wait 20-40 minutes to actually eat this “fast food.” They must be severely understaffed or else they are trained horribly. Not only did it take a long while to get our food even inside, but we ordered a chicken sandwich combo and a 10pc nugget combo and got two beef burger combos instead, missing basic items in the bag to make eating them simple. My baked potato was thrown into the container whole with a slop of only half the sides asked for, no care taken. I’m so disappointed, I usually love Wendy’s but this location is awful.

Standard Wendy's vibe, minus the fact that they absolutely can NOT ring up your order correctly.
Multiple times I have ordered something and got something different, drive through food is likely to be missing.

Don't bother stopping here, literally every other fast food joint in town is better based on the fact that they can get you what YOU ordered.

Ordered their $5 deal. The asked which hamburger I wanted and gave me several choices. When I got to the window to pay, I was told it was $7 because I had upgraded the burger. When they gave me the choice good customer service would have been to tell me some of the choices cost more.

I took the grandkids there to get the ice cream that they would get for free because of the coupon book and they were out of it..... This happened before also.. I ordered a large french fries so we can all share and french fries .. not many in the box...

Just don't go here. If you've lived around tooele for awhile i'm sure months ago you thought this wendy's was really good because honestly it was. But now it might be the most unclean fast food place around with horrible service. just go to one of the other many good places around and maybe they will finally start trying again. Insanely sad to see such a good establishment turn into one of the worst ones in town.

food here is good, but they are constantly out of there most popular items, majority of the workers are rude, and half the time you don't even get your entire order. Really sucks because this used to be one of my favorite food places to go too but it just keeps getting worse everytime i go.

Waited in line for about 45 minutes. Was the next to order was told give me 2 minutes. Waited 15 more minutes before I gave up and left. I was ignored and not even a know or given an update why it was taking so long.

They care more about drive up and online more than dine in customers.
