Didn’t get my full order missing our burger and the Chile beans are cold. Every time we are always missing something. When you they don’t answer the phone.
I dont know what is going on with wendys lately. I ordered last week, and didnt receive over half of my order and what I did receive was substitutions i didnt request. The store and customer care was impossible to get on the phone. I was told that visit they couldnt do anything to fix their mistake. Finally get a response from customer care, and think to give it a shot tonight. Once again I was missing items from my order, and this time there was hair in my child's food. Call down and im told my order will be remade only for them to only replace one missing item
Normally this place is great and on top of it, but the last couple weeks..idk. something has changed and I am far from impressed. Snarky attitudes and missing items is one thing...but hair? Come on. Get it together.

Decided to give it another shot after a year or so. Didn't go well. $40 worth of food yet food was missing. Didn't get everything that was paid for. Definitely no different now then a few yrs ago. This is why fast food shouldn't be more than minimum wage. Can't listen to simple directions.

FLY in my fries! I got an order delivered from DoorDash. It was extremely late. Driver said it was taken by someone so they had to make it again. They didn't add the bbq sauce (this always happens), they added onions when I asked to remove them. Then half way into my fries i noticed a black thing on it, it was the leg of a dead fly. The fly was stuck to the inside of the fry container. 🤢🤮

I remember the good old days of getting a Dave’s burger that was beautiful. A burger with lettuce leaves that weren't shredded, A burger that didn’t look like it just went through a hydraulic press, A burger that was amazing to bite into. Now its a sad depressing burger. I know Dave wouldn’t like seeing how this burger has been ruined over the past few months. Make the Daves burgers amazing again.
