Casey G was an excellent server and very friendly who took great care of our food order, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were good taking care of. She deserves a recognition for her hard work. Strongly recommend this place.

The staff was friendly, however, I believe their staff needs further training or just a bigger staff in general. It is unusual to have long of a wait at a Zaxby’s, it took me about 20 minutes of waiting at the drive through to realize not a single car had moved since I initially got there. Eventually I just had to come inside and order. I have been to other locations and it seems they have got it down to a science. This location definitely needs to work on some teamwork skills, I heard several voices of team members yelling and arguing while waiting for my food. I did receive decent service at the end of the day.

Where should I start first? I order food waited found out once at the window they don’t accept anything higher than a $20 unless the meal is over $20. Went home got my husband to go order since it was my daughters birthday I don’t eat meat he went and ordered .. came to $26 something got to the drive up window gave them a $50 they then said they can’t take it because it’s not $20 but my meal alone was over $20? How does this make sense to you? Welp won’t be going back! Waste of time and 2 trips. Absolutely worthless place.

Absolutely the worst experience! Told me they couldn’t get except $50 only $20 unless I spent atleast $20 so I spent $26 and was told they couldn’t accept it even after I spent more. Twice through the drive threw the workers are terrible.

Ice machine is always broken and missing flavors for the soda machine.
Orders always take forever.
Ordered a house salad and was given a cobb salad. When asked to replace it, the cook came up with an attitude and took the egg out with their hands and walked away.
Front lady was polite and accommodating, but overall disappointing expirence.
Worst zaxbys ever been to.

Don’t be in a hurry. I made the mistake of eating in at lunch. Took over 30 minutes to get my food. The reason I was told was that there were too many online orders… There were a ton of people in the lobby waiting for food. One or two people actually eating.

DAWSON offered great service, with a positive attitude. I always have so many questions due to my diet restrictions. He was able and willing to answer all of them!! He was able to handle the rush of costumers while staying calm and on top of everything!! Thank you dawson for my amazing food and the good vibes:)

Some old guy stared at me while eating chicken so I was forced to stare back at him. Food was good. Counter girl was so kind great service the chicken man was a little scary tho

Do the workers purposely make this place look closed sooner? I saw most workers leaving an hour early. No lights on outside.
