Went here on a road trip journey we were on traveling from WI to national parks out west. Loved the burger!! Fresh! Not overly seasoned! Full of flavor. Full of love. Highly recommend. Wish there were tables nearby but we picnicked by our car. ❤️

You can get any burger as a lettuce wrap. It's not celiac friendly, but I have a gluten sensitivity and so glad I got to enjoy their burgers!!

I live downtown Salt Lake City, and am a foodie. I have had all the best spots in Utah . This place is now #1! The service and interaction with everyone was amazing . If you love good food and are in Torrey Utah, you should try Capitol Burger .
Delicious! Our burgers were gone in less than 5 minutes. Some of the best burgers we’ve had anywhere. Messy? Yes but 100% worth it. Fries were amazing. Service was fast and friendly. Would be a regular if we lived nearby.

The burger was fantastic - juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The bun was fresh and held it together the best it could, messy is better anyway! Fries are not anything special, was the only downside. Service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere made for a nice dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This place is has by far the best burgers I have ever had. I've been here almost everyday since I moved here and have tried almost every burger they have on their menu and you can't go wrong with any of them. Customer service is top notch too. I highly highly recommend this place for food.

I had been looking forward to Capitol Burger before getting into town, and after several hours hiking in Capitol Reef NP this hit the spot. My girlfriend and I were worried that we'd miss them since they were closing at 3 but with 15 minutes TY spare, our efforts to get there were greatly rewarded. I got the bacon cheeseburger, she got the cheeseburger, and we made one a meal to share the fries and drink. The staff was nice and friendly to talk to. They had real sugar Pepsi which is gold. When the burgers came out, we devoured them only stopping to breath and say how good they were. A little messy but that was okay. Shoestring fries was a plus but the burgers were just so good. 100% recommend
