We ate at La Cueva 4 nights in a row! The food was fantastic, along with the service. It was a highlight of our visit to Utah. Great value, food came quickly, excellent variety of dishes, and allowed for many modifications. I'll miss dining here!! The barbacoa was BOMB

This place was great and really hit the spot. The food was great, the staff was very friendly and cheerful. Their drink menu was really cool - a lot of variety of Tequila. The restaurant itself was nice, clean and just the right setting for dinner. We were there after dark, but I assume the views are great.
I really enjoyed this small town in the middle of nowhere. Hope to get back there some day soon.

My goodness! I had very low expectations for food near a national park, but this restaurant was amazing! The homemade molé was to die for and my husband got the bistek a la Mexicana. Both were amazing. I also highly recommend the margaritas. Fun flavors and wonderfully made.

We had a wonderful experience. Service was great and appreciated having clearly labeled vegan options. My husband was pleased with the vegan burrito. I enjoyed the rice and beans with corn tortillas. Plus, the salsa is out of this world good...so flavorful!!!
