The employees forgot half of my order and when I checked my receipt I was charged extra for food I didn't order and when I checked my bag it's wasn't there for the extra charge and one of them were rude was a bad experience I nevered had until now.

I don't know what wrong with Tremonton fast food places but being fast is not on the menu. I don't who is slower burger king or jack in the box I ordered two things took 30min to get

Did a mobile order with the fiery chicken fries, got home and got the normal ones instead. Called 4 times and no answer. Went back to the restaurant and they said they don't carry the fiery chicken fries at that location. Which wasn't mentioned they were substituting it or anything when picking up the food in the first place. And they can't do a refund due to the fact it was a mobile order. They were rude to us the way they talked to us as well

I don't know if it is like this every day I've seen a bunch of mixed reviews. But I can say atleast today the Texas whopper that I had today was probably one of the best prepared Texas Whoppers I've had from any burger king.

Both of the young women who were at the window were very pleasant. However, there's only so much pleasantry can try to do, to make up for bad food or incorrect food. We received both. I attempted to go online and offer feedback to Burger king, but they don't allow that unless you have a receipt. I was not given a receipt. So the drinks went in the garbage, one of the sandwiches went in the garbage and all of the fries went in the garbage but hey, apparently that's the way you like it.
This might explain why at 11:30 the surrounding fast food places were packed, and I was the only customer here at bk.
They must have got a new management in because it's so much better! Will be back again!

I'm so impressed!!! Jesse was in the driver thru. He looked us in the eyes. He said yes sir. He was respectful, direct and communicated well. He was on task. I thought this was all gone. Great job.....
