This review is simply based on their delivery system. It’s awful. It’s expensive and it takes well over an hour to get your food. Not worth it. Do better China “Express”. What a joke.
After reading your response China express, it seems you’re just dodging accountability. If this is a third party issue, maybe you should consider using another delivery service. $7 delivery fee plus a tip is more than 60% of the cost of the meal. Add to that an hour and 15 minute wait?? Not ok. I’ll take my money and business elsewhere.

Food is terrible, Worse Chinese food Ive ever eaten. no silverware, cheap plastic fork, which broke on the hard chicken. No water, no ice, need to buy bottled water. Place was very dirty, shocked that the County doesn't shut it down.
Rice tasted old and moldy. Chicken was to hard to cut with fork, Shrimp was cheap Costco breaded shrimp, and the gave me 2 pieces. got off the freeway and was craving Chinese food.

Found a bundle of plastic from bags in the bottom of my son's rice. I would think someone would have seen this before filling it with rice. I can't not even imagine if a child would have tried to eat this.

I love china express, today I wasn’t too pleased, I walk in and am ignored by three separate employees all sitting on their phone, they forgot an item in my order and rather than communicating that I get ignored, not even told sorry it’ll just be a few more minutes, just completely ignored. Let’s do better next time cause obviously I will be returning.
