This has got to be the slowest fast food place I have ever been in and it’s slow every time I come here, it’s almost like they are slow on purpose No pep in their step at all. Terrible service, I waited 20 minutes for 2 breakfasts burritos. Pic is of the wall I stared at waiting for 20 minutes

Absolutely terrible, I go in and sit to look over the menu on my phone since I can't really see there's and the dude comes to me like 3 times asking if I'm ready, no, I said no, I said I'd let them know when I was. Clearly I'm not ordering from the seat. I don't go up to the counter until I'm ready to order so unless I'm at the counter go away. Further I tried to order at the kiosk which was not working so I sat back down to order from my phone and yet again he's asking if I'm ordering, my dude I don't need your help, I said I was good, needless to say I walked out with nothing because I don't like being harassed multiple times while I'm sitting figuring things out.

Clean restaurant, clean bathrooms, very helpful and friendly staff. I had a well above average dining experience and wanted to make sure to praise the restaurant for that!
I went to Jack in The box in Tremonton Utah ordered a combo meal of a bacon, burger fries and a drink. I waited in line for over an hour to get my food. I contacted the corporate headquarters complaining about the service was slow. I got back to work late because of this I have an hour lunch and took me almost an hour and a half. By time I got back. I will never and I repeat. Never eat at Jack in The box again. Even corporate didn't return my phone calls. Obviously they don't care about their customers at all

Some people working are great some are not got my order wrong came back the next day to try and get what I ordered it took a minute but finally made it right thank you please get some of those night shift guys to care about there jobs nothing more maddening than getting home to find you have the wrong food but thanks for making it right

Not sure if they were understaffed because of holidays, but it just took quite a while to get our food. We were hoping for a quick stop on our road trip, to get the kids out to stretch and grab a bite to eat, but we ended up waiting 30-40 minutes to get our “fast food”. The staff there were all super nice and doing their best, but we wish we would have known how long it would take after we paid to get our food. We definitely would have gone somewhere else this time! Food was decent, and cheap in price. Facility was clean!

I have no idea how the food is. We have been in a line of 4 cars for 30 minutes. No exaggeration. I'm still 2 cars away now.
No fast food is worth this wait.
Update: It ended up taking over 40 minutes. We ordered online so our burgers were sitting out for at least half an hour. One was barely warm, my partner's burger was cold. Fries were good though.
