I order an All American on 1/26/26. The turkey was so nasty! It smelled like something you'd pull from the river. I tried calling their number several times to ask them to replace the meat before they made other people sick but kept getting a busy signal. I then drove back and stated that their phone does not work and to replace the rotten turkey. I hope that no one gets sick due to their negligence.

I’ve come before and had a nice experience but this time wasn’t the best. A lady was making my sandwich and while doing so she coughed into my food. I unfortunately don’t appreciate that. There was no acknowledgement of it and she just continued on like there wasn’t a problem. I won’t be returning any time soon.

They must have mistaken me for a rabbit when I ordered online, because they put pounds of veggies on my sandwich and I was unable to find any meat, which I definitely had ordered on my sandwich. Maybe the single thin piece of dry napkin was actually the turkey, idk.

I love subway sandwiches, I think they taste amazing, but the service there is usually awful. Everytime I go, they treat me like an inconvenience. There's a lady there this last time I went, she had black hair and the worst attitude. She threw things into my sandwich and acted like she could not care less. She was rude and was very short with me. I will definitely walk out if she's there again. She wouldn't give me her name, but she had black hair, turquoise rings, and black jacket. I'm really disappointed in the service I got.

The worker who made my sandwich touched cleaning equipment with the same gloves that she made my sandwich with. This is the second time I’ve witnessed poor food safety practices here. Will not be returning due to this reason.
Brought in a coupon we got in the TREMONTON newspaper, and after we ordered they decided to tell us they don’t take coupons , I pushed it off and asked for an extra drink and the lady up front sighed and gave me a cup. Def not recommended if your looking for nice employees

I ordered and paid in the app, got charged, then the order was canceled in the app.
They said they're having issues with their internet and the charge would be refunded. We'll see about that. Don't know why they're allowed to sell online and charge you if the orders can't go through.
I asked if they would honor the same deal I bought on the app and they said no. Frankly I think they just didn't want to honor Subway's BOGO deal.

When I arrived all the employees were outside which i understand if you have no costumers, one of the employees even opened the door for me. the reason for my low star rating is not one employee once returned inside washed their hands, they did put gloves on but I still feel washing your hands before returning to work is a must.
