The worker who made my sandwich touched cleaning equipment with the same gloves that she made my sandwich with. This is the second time I’ve witnessed poor food safety practices here. Will not be returning due to this reason.

Brought in a coupon we got in the TREMONTON newspaper, and after we ordered they decided to tell us they don’t take coupons , I pushed it off and asked for an extra drink and the lady up front sighed and gave me a cup. Def not recommended if your looking for nice employees

Paid online, left with nothing.
I ordered and paid in the app, got charged, then the order was canceled in the app.
They said they're having issues with their internet and the charge would be refunded. We'll see about that. Don't know why they're allowed to sell online and charge you if the orders can't go through.
I asked if they would honor the same deal I bought on the app and they said no. Frankly I think they just didn't want to honor Subway's BOGO deal.
Staff working the counter were hustling and very efficient. My sandwich was yummy. Thanks.

When I arrived all the employees were outside which i understand if you have no costumers, one of the employees even opened the door for me. the reason for my low star rating is not one employee once returned inside washed their hands, they did put gloves on but I still feel washing your hands before returning to work is a must.

I'm pretty sure Janelle was the one who helped me. Her attitude was very angr. She was being very disrespectful to the coworkers next to her. I felt bad. I have never experienced this at subway!

Restaurant is clean and the sandwiches are decent. Perhaps Subway shouldn't be sending out coupons to locations that don't accept them. Sounds like false advertising to me, but what do I know?
came here for lunch today, the younger gal that works day shift with a flower forearm tattoo was very unpleasant and rude to say the least. not just the group i was in but each and every one of the customers after us.
i also dug into my sandwich and had a hair in it.

Went in yesterday for lunch and the workers don't seem friendly or have no customer service skills. They won't make eye contact and we're pushy on what we wanted on our subs next, when making small talk they would ignore everything you said and not say anything. It was my first time at this location and the last!
