I am giving this 5 stars but I think young people will like it more. All I had was a delicious shake, but wow it was sweet. A little bit more than this old man was ready for. But I want to take my grandkids sometime.

We love Twisted Sugar in Tremonton! The cookies are always fresh and the workers are always friendly! Our new favorite is the soft pretzel.

I am soo sad to write this but today was my worst experience here and I’ve been a frequent customer for 4 months now. Surprisingly nobody was in line or in the lobby so happily I pulled and sat at the window for 3+ minutes and honked once after waiting (they had a sign one time saying to honk if nobody was there, and I had NO problem with that) and as soon as I honked a girl came to the window rudely saying “we were helping a customer in the lobby.” And had the WORST snobby face and customer service I have ever experienced here. She barely said a word and didn’t ask for my phone number or anything. Then when I pulled up to the next window the next gal pretty much shoved my stuff at me and shut the window as fast as she could without any words except “yep” and when I pulled away I saw nobody in the lobby. In a rush or a pinch I understand the frustration and the “hurry” attitude, but when it was empty I see zero reason for such rude disrespectful behavior. Won’t be coming back for awhile after this!?

Ordered 6 cookies then we wanted one more for the 2 years old while we are still inside the store. The employee said she can’t do any more cookies. Went home with a crying kid for a cookie. I just hope they said something when we came in.

Asked for 6 cookies. Requested the names of them slowly one by one. Asked for the turtle one as today was the last day to get one, and ended up with a chocolate chip. It would be helpful if the staff showed the cookies prior to closing the boxes and handing them to the customer to help ensure the orders are being processed correctly.
