Every time I order, I get no ice. Every time I get my drink, something is missing and/or there’s ice; almost every time there’s ice. The workers rarely use gloves and they don’t seem to care much about the order. They used to be great but their service has gone downhill in the last few months. The people taking the orders are often cold and give judging stares or glances. It’ll be a while before I go back.

Only used drive up window, but staff was very helpful and informative! It was my first visit and I was recommended to this place and bought sweets for my Husband for Valentines Day! ? I'm sure I will like more and more with future visits. It was last minute at the drive through and was a great idea for Valentine's Day!

The hours are wrong on google. I love this place and don’t know who decides the hours on google but it says open till 10 and they are closed at 9.

I think this is similar to a high end soda fix but not as expensive. We went to the Tremonton, Utah location. It was clean, professional, fun, employees are nice (mature) and it's a convenient location. We did dine in but there is a drive thru as well. I tried a lime Ricky, Pineapple Dole Smoothie and their lemon tart cookie was yummy & amazingly light tasting.
I went through the drive through tonight and ordered 4 drinks and 4 cookies. They didn’t ask me for my phone number. I told them I had 5.60 on my credit and they said they had a new system and couldn’t figure out how to find them. So I gave them a $10 gift card and they couldn’t figure out how to use it on their new system, so I had to pay full price. It makes me upset because I was not planning on paying full price. Also if you are going to change your computer system you need to do training so when they are there by themselves they know how to do it. Very frustrating. I have never had an issue here, but now it makes me not want to return.

Twisted Sugar, however, the drive through wasn’t taking orders, cars just had to drive away and when I walked up to the door and knocked, an employee looked at me and then turn her back to me and ignore me. The stores shows it is open, and there were no signs indicating temporary closures. It would have been nice to have been at least acknowledged and informed.

Maddie made our cookies and they were so beautiful and so delicious! We loved our girls' night treat at a cute local shop!Kid-friendliness: Maddie was so sweet to my girls as they made their selections. The Christmas decor is fun and made our visit feel festive. We love this shop!

I went with my friend yesterday. I gotta admit, the cookies and cream cookie was pretty good, and the peach twister was even more pleasing, though, I wasn't the happiest person when I found out how expensive the cookies and twister was. Though I have to improve my review, because everyone there was really nice, even though it was 10 at night.
