We had to pull around for our food. It was around 11:45am, and only 3 cars were at the drive thru. So not too busy. The fries were hard and old. The buns on the sandwiches were stale and hard, as well. I don't normally have this problem, so it was an unpleasant experience.

The door closest to the truck parking is locked. The mens bathroom was locked. They were pretty busy taking orders inside and out the whole time I ate my dinner. The lady working the counter seemed friendly.

When I placed my order they had me pull up and pay for the order and then tell me that they're actually out of beef so I will need to wait in the parking lot until the restock truck gets here in "5 minutes " wink wink. If you're out of a core product like beef at a hamburger spot you should probably shut your doors or at least Tell people before you take their payment.

Me and my niece stopped for lunch and had to wait OVER AN HOUR to even talk to the cashier, then another 25 MINUTES until the food came outs what was the food we ordered a 6-piece chicken nugget, small fry, and a large fry. I wittinessed several on their phones while 8-10 people were waiting in line. There was trash everywhere in the dining area, leftover trash and half eaten food left on tables. Instead of eating in the dining area we went straight back to the car, and even though we waited for 25 minutes the food was cold. Absolutely disgusting. If I could give it a -5 star review, I absolutely would.
