Placed an online order when I live 20 minutes away for pick up. Got there and the lady was rude and had an attitude. They still hadn’t even started preparing the order for pickup. I waited 45 minutes outside. Food was cold. Absolutely ridiculous.

At least 5 employees but we waited 15 minutes for someone to wait on us. Dave's single had no cheese. 1 fry tasted moldy. Staff was tossing food at each other. 1 staff was on the phone. Not busy but you couldn't tell that by how long it too to get waited on. Bathroom counter was dirty.

Horrible location!! As soon as we pulled up the woman told us at the drive thru that it was made to order & it could take anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes to make your food. We only wanted a cold brew after a long day & we had long drive home. It was 10.30 p.m when we stopped by & then she told us they didnt even have any cold brew made. I cant believe people would actually wait 20 plus minutes for fast food maybe she was hoping people would just leave so it made her night easier but definitely won't bother stopping by this location again.
