We dined here for all three nights that we camped in the park. Each night we were met with smiles, upbeat welcomes, and great service. No matter how busy the dining got, the wait staff were efficient at getting everyone taken cared of.
On the first night, we had the Warm trail bowls. One with chicken and one with salmon. The wildrice, quinoa grains were toothsome and generouse. The green chile gave it the right amount heat to make things interesting. The chicken was tender and moist. The salmon was cooked just right.
Night two, we had the burger with a small wedge sald sub instead of fries and the trout. The wedge salad sub was an extra $5 charge, but well worth the perfect accompaniment to the burger. This should be a suggestion on the menu! The Grilled Rainow Trout was much bigger than I expected. It had a crispy crust and moist and tender insid. I found a few small pin bones, but no problem. I know am eating fish. The wildrice and brussel sprout accompaniment was yummy. We really enjoyed this meal.
On our last night in the park, we splured and shared a wedge salad and a 14 oz ribeye (plenty for us). We knew we'd enjoy the salad. The ribeye was perfectly cooked to our requested temp. We topped off dinner with the apple crostata. It was just the right amount of sweet to cap off a terrific dinner.
A special shout out to Maria R and Michael M who took great care of us. Your upbeat attitudes made our meals at the BCL special. Also a shou out the the kitchen staff who really put out great food. Thanks!

Got the breakfast buffet after the sunrise view.
Service was great.
Breakfast buffet was decent. Everything was well cooked and turned over so it didn't get dry. Standard fare: biscuits & gravy, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, pastries, cereal and oatmeal.
It was nice to have a solid buffet at a lodge that was reasonably priced and didn't taste like it was microwaved.

Terrible experience. The waiter didn’t want to give us the table we wanted without giving any solid excuses. All the waiters were doing absolutely nothing and just standing around like trees. We left after waiting 20 minutes at our table asking several times to have our order taken. Anyways, we are happy that we didn’t eat there. The plates looked awful and the products seemed not fresh.

Tourist prices for mid American food. Everything on the menu is American. Even the Mexican food it’s just an American rendition of Mexican food. If you’re a tourist, go to Panguitch for cheaper. But the service here is awesome so it makes up for that. Limited size menu.

If you like supporting the National Parks, have a meal at one of the lodges while you visit. Most operate on a 60/40 split with their concessionaires. Some items have an NPS price control and all items offer appropriate proportions. This lodge offerd great service and an nice array of menu options. The charm of the ledge and its historical elements make it an enjoyable meal. Worth a visit.

Rustic lodge with good dinner options, including vegan friendly and no seed oils. Our table had the quinoa bowl, pasta dish, and chicken wings with french fries - everything was great!

The worst experience I've had in Utah. It was over 90⁰ in the restaurant, the staff seemed just as miserable as the guests, the food took almost an hour to get to our table, half of the food was cold, and then it was over $150 for a family of 4. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Had breakfast and lunch here while camping at the park.
Lunch buffet including salads, soups and cookies is nutritious. Servers were attentive and took empty dishes anytime.
