This restaurant was fantastic. There are not a ton of options in the area and we were so pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. Probably the best food we had all trip.

Don’t waste your money. I can’t believe this restaurant falls under fine dining. Nothing from salad, appetizer or entree tasted good. Only French onion soup was decent.

I came in with a group of 5 and the atmosphere was a bit unwelcoming, the service was quick but none of the food really impressed especially when considering the prices.

Well to start off our beet salad was more lettuce than beet. Salmon wellington was dry and my asparagus was shriveled from being over cooked. The Spaghetti with duck leg too was over cooked. Even the walnuts were burnt. The best part was the cheesecake. Way over priced for the meal.

Over rated and over marketed- Each course tasted and looked like your mass produced, frozen, and trucked in food, opposed to 'farm-to-table' that they claimed. The sauces may have been home-made, but everything else was meh. The steaks were incredibly thin, overcooked, and swimming in oil. Their website recommends reservations 7 days in advance, but we were able to obtain one the same day, about 1.5 hours before they opened. The general manager was very friendly and accommodating, but our server seemed absolutely bothered/ less than impressed with everything and everyone. The views from the deck are lovely, but we would not waste our money here again!

Server was great. Ribeye was OK, seem oddly thin compared to what I would get even at a grocery store. Flavor was good.

Terrible! Food was mediocre at best, and the service was not much better. I ordered a medium rare ribeye at $56 and it was more like med well, no flavor, and the toughest ribeye I’ve ever had. Being overcooked didn’t help! Consider yourself warned!

An amazing experience. The food, the staff, the view, and the restaurant itself are all top notch. Highly recommend. Make a reservation early and try to go during sunset and sit outside.

The meal at stone hearth grill was one of the highlight of our 2 week trip of the 5 national parks in Utah. It cant be missed! The setting on the deck is spectacular and we got to watch a beautiful moon rise as we dined. The service is impeccable and the food creative and top notch. There are heaters on the deck that keep the temperature comfortable even on a chilly night. We spent 2 weeks in Utah seeing the national parks and this was the best run and managed place we ate at by far. You can tell these people really care about giving their customers a 5 star experience which is even more impressive considering they are located far from any large city. Plan ahead and make a reservation here if you are in the area. You will not regret it!

We were passing through for a night last week and showed up for dinner with no reservation and were seated inside. The patio does seem to have a wonderful view. Unfortunately we didn't have a view. The hostess was unfriendly, but our server was nice. The wine list was very basic. The food was odd. The kale Caesar is a bowl of raw curly kale with Caesar dressing drizzled on it. The kale was not massaged or even tossed with the dressing. The black cod was cooked well but was served skin side up (odd) and the hot fish was plated on top of the cucumber salad making it wilty and warm (odd). The carrots looked good but were barely cooked and crunchy. The pork chop was thin and overcooked and the sauce was broken and didn't taste good. The pork chop was plated with mashed potatoes (which were good), a pile of croutons (odd) and the almost raw carrots. The patio view might be great but I would not recommend the food. I'm sure it's hard to find experienced kitchen staff, but this was a real miss.

We sat outside on the terrace on a beautiful night. It was very peaceful outside with the sound of water fountains and light music. We started with a beet salad that was loaded with apples and walnuts and had a delicious dressing. Then we enjoyed the ribeye medium rare that came with a great au poivre sauce on the side. We ended with a delicious dessert with chocolate mouse layered between two cookie type layers topped with whipped cream and nuts. It was great!

Glad we saw the billboard on our way into Bryce. Gorgeous patio views! French onion soup and butter leaf lettuce salad were excellent. Pork chop with fondue potatoes is a must. Service was excellent.
