We loved our dinner here! Our server, Manni, was knowledgeable and engaging. The food was fab, but he made the meal. We shared a salad, ordered a steak & a creamy chicken entree and shared a dessert. Every dish was perfect. We sat outside at sunset. Who could ask for more?

Not worth the hype. I would say the steak was 5/10 we have had better for less money. We were there 2 days ago. My husband had 2 hairs in his food we did get a discount but still. The place has a beautiful view.

Excellent restaurant after a full day of hiking. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The ribeye with black pepper sauce was spot on.

I had such high hopes for this place. One of my friends came in from the other side of the country to come down to Bryce Canyon and I thought this would be a nice treat for us. I ordered the salmon branzino and the salmon was so dry and overdone, it was really really bad. I told the server and he said, “we usually fix that ahead of time and warm it up in the oven, but I’ll tell the chef to be careful next time.” Why would something that costs $48 be something you just warm up?? He asked if I wanted something else but my guests were done eating so I didn’t want to make them wait. I just asked him to give me another glass of wine and I would just find a snack later. He comped my meal and then charged me for the extra glass of wine! When you guys charge what you do you should have quality food and service. We got neither for the most part. The steak was good and my friend gave me part of his. My other friend ordered the chicken and it was mediocre.

In all, this was a huge disappointment. I’m just so mad that this was what we ended up with for how much we paid when I wanted a great experience for our group. Do better.

The views were nice.

I called for a reservation. We arrived at opening 5:00, were refused by chef due to party of 12 observed in parking lot. They offered a res at 7:15, we left and were welcomed at Showdowns restaurant.

We are vegan, so we had every vegan item on the menu. We had bread with olive oil, a carrot appetizer, the poblano pepper with tofu, and the oat cake, and they were all different and delicious. We ate on their beautiful deck at night with the noise of flowing water in the background. This place felt very fancy and romantic, but most people were dressed casually.

The portions are tiny and expensive, but well worth it when visiting Bryce Canyon. In our Utah vacation, this is our favorite restaurant so far.

Easily the best restaurant for miles - quality food, service, and decor. The menu was well thought out and our server (we think he was called Zaren?) was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu with any of our questions. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace into the evening. 😊

We were on a very long drive back to our resort & we were craving a delicious steak. We arrived 30min before closing time & they thankfully served us.

We enjoyed the kale Cesar & French onion soup while we waited for our entrees. I ordered the New York & the hubby ordered the filet.

Unfortunately my husbands steak arrived way overcooked. But our server Raylan was quick to make it right. He was very apologetic & made sure the new plate was perfect … & it was!

They gave us complimentary dessert. We thoroughly enjoyed the white chocolate mousse when we got back to our room.

All in all, I recommend this place. Their attentiveness & problem solving overshadowed the overcooked steak by far!

what a lovely surprise to find such a fine restuarant in the middle of nowhere when we visited Bryce. Stayed in Tropic and drove up to check it out. Food was great, serviced was timely and we have a great experience. We split a salad and a meal and had a bottle of wine.

Incredible views from the patio. We even saw a family of deer right outside the restaurant! The ribeye was delicious and prepared perfectly. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in the area

We really enjoyed our dinner here. We had a table outside and had a spectacular view at the back side of Bryce Canyon.
Staff was very friendly, food was excellent and had a European taste. The Belgian beers available was a pleasant surprise. In a nutshell; we highly recommend this restaurant.
