We tried a visit yesterday around 5 p.m., no truck on site and possibly the service is no longer available.

The land is beautiful ! There are some extremely kind people in this valley of connected families. Buffalo Sage Inn is the place to be.

Guy running the truck was super nice and let’s get real finding a taco truck in the middle of no where is pretty awesome. I feel like the food was a good value for the price. This is comparing it to other taco places in Utah. Chill environment and nothing like some tacos after a day of hiking.

This taco truck really hit the spot after a tough day of hiking. Delicious burritos perfect for refueling. No frills and lovely staff. Highly recommend!

The carne asada burrito and quesadilla were both really solid. We were pretty impressed with the taste and quality. The taco truck really saved us from a dinner of convenience store snacks.

I arrived late, they were finishing cleaning but they said they were happy to cook for my hangry wife and I. Two delicious cheese quesadillas after a day of long hikes!

Awesome little street taco truck in the middle of Bryce. Family owned and super nice and friendly. Order all the flavors! Nice and simple just like a true street taco!

It's edible. Not very good, but edible. Tacos are too big for street tacos, too small to be an Americanized abomination. Al pastor is also not spit grilled, which means I think it's really adobada? That said they try hard, and that's worthy of credit.
This is a tough one. They're clearly trying to do a good job, and scratching out a living in a tiny tourist trap is a tough one. But c'mon, you can't tell me that adobada and al pastor are the same thing, because they're not. Don't feed me a line of BS. Mislabeled food and BS aside, the food is tasty enough, although honestly I can't really remember what any of it tasted like without the pictures...
