I wish we read the review before coming here. It’s not fast food. We all have to park in a spot and wait for our food to be brought to us. I specifically didn’t order the chicken fries because they said we would have to wait for them, but now I have been waiting over 10 mins for the rest of our food. Don’t come here! It’s the worst customer service.
I stopped in and got hot food freshly cooked. I was also able to buy a Whopper patty for my service dog. Thank you for an EXCELLENT order and excellent service.
I will not buy food from any store that will not answer a simple question. The employees ignored me while I stood at the cash register for over 5 minutes. Additionally, I refuse to use the keyosk or whatever they call the call the electronic device where food is ordered. When drive up customers are more important that walk in customers, that business doesn't need me or my money.
Blasting music that should not be heard by customers. 2 people working. One as soon as I walked in. Rolled his eyes as he stuffed food in his face. Did not wash his hands and came to help me. Used the facility. Standing water on the floor. Can not eat at the tables. All covered in trash. No wipe downs. No sense of urgency on any kind of work or properly preparing food. The food was not good. Huge waste of $22. I really hope you are not paying these 2 more then hopes and dreams
While this is a really nice Burger King they lack customer service.5-6 people (workers) wondering around and not one said a word to us till the driver thru attendant noticed us after almost 5 minutes. Was getting ready to walk out when she walked up.
It's probably the worst fast food ever at this location. Most of the time we come here, the food looks like it's been sitting for days. This time, I got the sub like chicken sandwich. It had no lettuce and very little sauce on it, Chicked looked and tasted like it was sitting there all day. Fries were old and stale. Bought at the drive-through and didn't notice until I got home. Apparently, you have to inspect the sandwich before you leave.
Only two crew members working. Slammed and the manager "on break"??? I feel so bad for these two kids.And made sure they knew not to kill themselves and that they can take their sweet time making my order.Where's the rest of the crew?
First time to Burger King, asked the gorgeous cashier with flawless nails, what I should order. I have done this before and most people say all of the food is good. But not Salina. She made a suggestion, and I followed it, a spicy chicken sandwich... Hershey's pie, and a rootbear. Looking into her deep brown eyes, I knew I couldn't go wrong. She sold me, now I feel like a king.
The Burger King in Unitah is the absolute worst. I hate to be so honest but every single time we have tried to go through the drive thru the person taking the orders is so rude but the one thing that is the biggest issue our food is always messed up and if I say something the managers get mad and than I worry what they will do to the food. Just be careful
I can totally see why Burger King is going out of business.The burger is TERRIBLE, the taste, the quality, NO MORE TOMATOES, LETTUCE or even pickles unless I lay extra. The sauce is minimal and BLAH, overly sweet and plain. I was so disappointed at how much smaller than before their burgers are.

Stopped for a quick bite to take home right before they closed. I didn't catch his name but he was very cool about having to make a fresh chicken sandwich right before having to close. He even threw in some free cookies. BK for the Win
Let me start by saying I've never been a fan of Burger King, but this location has given me a change of mind.The employees are like a funny family, and even joked with us.The food was very fresh, and hot fries.The location was very clean.Thanks for the great service.
If you want fast service use the drive thru.Don't go inside, all the time I've gone inside, it takes 15-25 to order and get the food. Not their fault. This location seems highly understaffed and they seem to only focus on drive the thru.
They are severely understaffed, which I understand isn't the employees fault, due to that it is very slow even when it's not busy. They wouldn't fill a 5 burger meal order because it would take too long and wanted us to order something else. Chicken sandwiches were burned and dried out. I feel really bad because they haven't been given the staff or tools to succeed.
The food met my expectations, but what makes this location deserve 1 star was the treatment of staff members by “management” (I’m not sure if he was a manager or just another cook). It looked like there was an employee struggling with cooking the food (possibly new hire). The other guy “helping” him was shouting and yelling, telling him to “stop doing this” and “don’t do that” etc. it echoed through the dining area and the few of us sitting around eating our food felt very awkward about this situation. This type of behavior should not be tolerated no matter the situation and would be grounds for firing if this were my establishment.
