I believe his name was something with a B, Bowen maybe? I’m really trying to remember his name. He deserves a raise, a promotion, and perhaps an award. Not only was that the most pleasant Starbucks visit I’ve ever had, he genuinely turned a rough morning around just by being so friendly and helpful. This is the epitome of customer service and all while being awake and at work before me. Thank you for turning my morning around man. I hope your higher ups see this and acknowledge the absolute S tier employee you are.

I ordered 3 drinks through doordash and 2 of them came as straight milk. I asked if they would be willing to let me come and get pumpkin chai or anything to add to my 11 dollar drink and they weren't willing to make it right.

I asked for a 16 oz black cold brew. It cost $5 which is overpriced but I guess not as outrageous as some of their other items. However the cup was filled to the lid with ice. It's already a cold brew, it doesn't need ice. After I poured it into my personal mug it only filled up 8 oz, so I'm literally getting only half of what I paid for.
This isn't exclusive to this location, but get your stuff in order Starbucks. Your prices are laughable and you have the audacity to stick a card reader in my face to ask for a tip.

Employees at this location always greet customers with a smile. Barista ISAAC is quick to accommodate and get your order right (my favorite - Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino)and he helps me with the Starbucks app. ☺️ He ensures the dining area is clean and comfortable. Thanks to all.?

Service was a little behind so I had to wait before getting in an order, but they were friendly and the drink was delicious. Free wifi and plenty of free parking in a strangely desolate area by the freeway.

Came here for my fix, I ordered 2 blended drinks 1 no whip cream. They didn’t add whip to mine, no big I took my lid off the girl at the window put whip cream on it. She gave me a lid I went to put the lid on and it started going everywhere from the lid being placed on. I asked the girl at the window if she could take the old lid she said she can’t. I’m sitting there in my car with my drink spilling everywhere, I asked can I get some napkins… so now I have my Starbucks drink spilled down the front of me and it got all over in my car. Thank you, Starbucks I get to sit at work with a stained shirt and clean the mess in my cup holders. Next time you’ll just remake my drink.

Starbucks standard, 10 mins before 10 mins after open and close. Came here for my wife 2 mins before posted closing time. My wife wanted coffee for our road trip and she also wants to see if they had the Utah traveller cup (she's collecting them) and my 6 yo son needed to go to the bathroom to the point he almost wet himself. I was a shift supervisor with Starbucks for several years and this is unacceptable.

Service was extraordinary. The young lady at the window was extremely nice, friendly, and fast in filling our order and getting it to us quickly. Although there were 4 cars ahead of us, she got us through quicker than times there were no cars ahead of us. Well done, young lady. And she provided us with a pup cup for our pomeranian!!!
