With so many other good choices in Vernal, I won't be returning to this one. We went for dine in and were told they were busy and the wait would be 30 minutes. After 30 we checked. Their response; "we're working on it". This was not only unhelpful, it turned out to be untrue. After an hour we checked and found out they lost our order, but they could make it in 10 minutes. By this time, we had had it with their estimates and promises. We asked for a refund. They gave it with an apology, saying it was just a bad night. Yes it was, especially for my small group with young kids.

We wanted to try local pizzeria instead of national chains. But our experience at this place was disappontng. Messed-up the order. Promised 30 min,, but took more than hour for carry out pizza order. After waiting for this long they were willing to refund with no apologies. Pizza quality is not that great also.

Great food 4.5 out of 5 if I could rate it that I would! But unfortunately I can’t! The service was fast and food was nearly just as quick. The spaghetti was amazingly delicious with no aftertaste of store bought surprise and the pizza (chefs kiss) the undercarriage of the crust was nice and crisp, sauce perfect of flavor which you can tell it’s made not bought (hopefully) 8.1 out of 10 on the deliciousness of the pies! Only few thing that I had a pick with was no napkins are offered which is a downside for if you bring the littles because we know how messy they can get, and paper plates are flimsy and can barely hold a serving before you realize you have to double plate or go get more to waste & entertainment with how many TVs they have there… But don’t let this place slip by great food and at a reasonable price for what you get. I suggest going for the specials. *4.5/5 or 8.5/10*

I used to love this place. Even wrote a great review years ago. Now, sadly my thoughts have changed. Our two 18inch pizzas were dust. The crust was flat, hard, flavorless, even slightly burned. The pizza barely had cheese or sauce. What happened?

I was really good and so I was very disappointed today. The crust was hard as a rock and thin but was supposed to be a thick crust, half the pizza had no cheese, there was no sauce it was dry and the toppings were so sparse. Very disappointing . Paid way too much for poor pizza. I know it was busy, but that’s no excuse for the quality of pizza we paid for
